I'm curious as to who thinks that the proper response to being stalked by an unknown masked figure is to tie themselves nude to a bed and wait for attack...
How does one think that would solve the problem?!? WHY BE NAKED?!?

This entire thread makes me lol -- not really laugh, or chuckle or anything, just, 'lol'. Sometimes also 'wut'.

The other night I had a Slender Man dream and legitimately scared myself awake. O_O That hasn't happened for years. I blame Kat; she's been fangirling a lot about Marble Hornets lately and I always seem to dream about whatever it is she talks a lot about. XD

So yeah, A little story for you all...
Ya see, I have this superstition about suits. That certain suits give certain qualities to the wearer. This of course has no actual scientific truth, but the psychological effects help a lot in social situations.
Well you see I was pulling a Barney Stinson trying to pick up the ladies with my Seducer Suit, which happens to be a pitch black blazer with matching pants and a red tie...with of course a white dress shirt underneath.
The night was unsuccessful, and I eventually returned to my flat heavily sleep deprived, because I hadn't slept in the past 48 hours. Because this is unfortunately normal behavior for me, The hallucinations didn't bother me.
Until I looked into the mirror D;
Note to self: Remove all mirrors in room.

All my MH dreams involve things that aren't a part of MH.

Like one had me discussing how the name Marble Hornets somehow related to the example of irresistible force paradox found in Chapter 36 of the Han Feizi. I don't know why my dream self thought that made sense.

You know you watch or look up on the mythos too much that after reading really bad slash fics of this fandom, you actually wish He was real so He can stalk, kill or make the people go away after writing such crap.
