Missing Persons Just Curious.... If Josh is missing, I wonder if there would be a missing persons report out on him. It wouldn't be for real or anything, but on a non gov site. Maybe one for his dad? I'm really just grasping for anything right now.

Internet Search I've looked high and low on the web and have not found anything out of the ordinary that could be counted as reliable. Like I said there was a allusion to Josh on some shroomery site but I could not find anything solid to connect this ARG and that site.
Do we have any clue as to what town he resides in? Is it weirton? I guess I never really picked up on the town.

Simplicity;
To my knowledge, we've never determined where Josh is. Early on everyone was trying to calibrate the "Rare Fish Spotting" time with a location but nothing ever was cleared up on that issue.
Maybe all of this is really just a promo for a Milton Bradley game called "Where's Josh?"

Evelyn Minker The stuff that Josh tried to sell was in the west virgina craiglist. I took the phone number from the funeral message and changed the area code to 304. 304 and 681 are area codes for west virginia. The 304-708-2151 plugged into a disconnected number. One of two things, others did what I did and the true owner of the number had to have the number changed due to too many wrong numbers or it was part of the ARG.
In the town of Mount Morris Pennsylvania that sits on the border of West Virginia is a Cedar Grove Cemetery. Am I reaching too far into this? I must be bored. I'm looking for clues where there aren't any. I just keep wondering if we've missed something and that's why we haven't gone any further.

Did we miss something? You know with all this time of nothing happening does anyone else think that we might have missed another website or a clue? Remember how Cloverfield had multiple sites? I'm starting to think that we may have missed another website....

If so that would be pretty funny, considering how much time we have waited since the first certificates rolled in.

I doubt the PMs would let us flounder for weeks/months with big clues sitting out there unrecognized and not drop in some hint to help us find them.
Remember: in the end, this game is movie publicity and the PMs/Abrams/Paramount have a very limited window to promote their film. They are not going to sit back and watch their ARG efforts (and expenses) sit idle doing *nothing* to publicize SUPER 8 while weeks tick away.
I'm now fairly convinced that the RP site/astronaut logins/ARG will launch into full effect in sync (before/during/after) the Super Bowl TV spot when most of the world will be watching. That's why you buy ad time during that game.
They'd probably rather the game start 'late' and play strong into summer than start it big then have it stall out toward the end when it counts.

Josh's place of residence as far as where Josh lives, we know that he attempted to sell things from Becklely, but the thought was that that location may have been where his mother had lived.

@FilmEdge,
yes, this sounds reasonable. So after they (perhaps) will make a huge SuperBowl Commercial, people will visit RP site and - with good timing of our PMs - they will found hundreds of us, already doing something on this website (I haven't any idea, what). This will convince them to join RP too - and the huge comunity with veterans and newbies will be generated in the course of some days.
