Hello Agents,

Eric has asked me to get a message to you all about the next assignments.

Unfortunately we have had to put your next assignments on hold until the pending investigation is resolved. I know many of you are very excited to be busy with new tasks, so we apologize for the delay. The assignment was related to a new vehicle we may develop with exciting potential, but for now we'll have to wait.

With that said, I thought it might be a good idea to hear from you about a potential new development/research projects. If you have the time and desire, we would be very interested to receive brief proposals from you.

A proposal should propose a loose concept for a new weapon or device - something that Development can creatively approach with various ideas and options. An example concept might be a 'weapon that put living creatures in a temporary state of suspension, preventing them from moving'.

The proposal would also have a number of items for Research to look into. Possible ideas, or technology they could get more information on. Consider, for the proposal, putting forth a number of questions as they tend to spur thoughts and ideas. In this same example, one research question might be 'if we had the technology to halt the activities of all muscles in the human body, how long would it take for someone to die'. The answer to this question could help in determining if said weapon can apply such an effect for a shorter period of said time to prevent death, but achieve the desired suspending affect.

Finally, the proposal should have a press release requirement. You could include a few lines or phrases that need to be included in a press release about the research being done. Our media staff are very good at filling in the blanks. If you want agents to help promote the idea on Twitter, include an example twitter post and mention any hashtags that should be used.

Essentially, you saw much of this format in the Black Rain project, so it should be easy enough to understand.

These proposals are entirely optional. Of course, should you submit one there will be a promotion for it, and if we select one to put out to everyone, that person will receive an additional promotion rank and be credited accordingly. Also, if you choose to submit a proposal, we ask that it get to us (they can be sent to me) as soon as possible, preferably within the next few days.

Okay, I was all fired up for this when it started, but I'm completely uninterested in a game that seems to have no direction at all & now seems to want the players to write the campaign as well as solve it.
I'm a looooong time RPGer & new to ARGs &, for a game that specifically wanted people with RPG experience, it isn't hitting the mark.
I'm immensely unimpressed with how lazy the entire thing comes across, especially with the addition of the latest email.
I am totally in rant mode regarding this, but I'll keep most of it offline to save from boring you all.

Okay I'm probably being incredibly dense but what is the codes for upgradeaccesslevel command? Assuming we have them that is?!?

Looks like a number of files which are encrypted anything with an enc extension.
