Wow, that picture definitely resembles a staircase now that you put both of them together! Where is the picture of the actual staircase from??

Hey - great find xumx! That drawing is spot on to the picture. It's gotta be it. From what I've read, there have been other ARGs that had live location clues for people to find.
I'm almost crazy enough to make the 18 hour drive there and look for something. I checked the recruit list and Kraten lives in Minnesota. I think I'll send him a message to see if he's anywhere near the FFSH.

I am also in Minnesota but would not have the time to make the 4 hour drive until the end of next week. I may be willing to do it if there is the possibility of a clue.

In looking for pictures and information of what's on the third floor at Fergus State Hospital I found this post from a lady named Marcia at StoryCorps.org
Marcia says:

It was a fascinating childhood. We lived on the third floor in the front of the main building you see in the picture! I treasure the memories and the lessons I learned while having these unique experiences. Thank you Evelyn, and to my Mom and Dad for helping me understand that each person is unique and that the labels our society places on people aren't really very important!

Probably OOG as it's from '09 but the Evelyn (a patient) mention caught my eye.

But if the numbers aren't coordinates, then what do they mean? And what is that sign before "FFSH"? Is it a letter? Looks almost like an "H" but with a squiggly thing at the bottom.
I believe this could be "U" - maybe for underground ?

This is great. If Mysterio has worked out this map from a code: "I'm going to post something else I have been working on, something I'm getting shortly from this code." What code is he talking about? any ideas? have we missed something?

He says this right after saying
"upload the rest to me using the D12 entry. I need that coding system."
So it must have something to do with what's in the comic book. Maybe the numbers are connected to what's in the book. Guess we have to figure out when, where and how to see it.
I hope someone can make it to the staircase.

Just an idea. In another ARG we used the coding system with help of a book. There also were such numbers, which meant the site and sign number, i.e. 12.68 would mean, page 12, sign 68. Or Line 12, sign 68. This was the key, for comparision. For example, the character said: 12.68=a. And after we checked the book, and this was really "a", we knew, that the following codes are based on this book.
Well, later there were following codes en masse. With only two codes we have now (12.68 and 19.89) we cannot really use this system, hehe.
Another weird idea: can we use the codeing of this?
D12 Alphanumeric Ranges (Appendix D12 by US Postal Service).

I know, this D12 could be just number of Appendix, but I just stumbled on it writing for my blog, and couldn't stop myself to tell you people about it.
