May as well.. my first attempt at photoshopping a Slendy.

The face shopping is pretty good, but your base model is looking a little buff for a slendy... IDK, just personal opinion. I would try liquefying (a layer style thing) the base model to give him that lankiness so iconic to the Slenderman.
