Do you mean like small, up near the neck or regular sized Identity Disc on the back of the shirt? There were lots of promotional shirts with the discs on the back of them. I have 2 different ones that were handed out at theaters and the Evolution one with the yellow disc on the back that was given out with purchase of the game. All glow in the dark. But as far as one with just a smaller disc up by the neck, no, I have not seen any of those.
