Kidnapped child, Tall Man. Still too early to say it is related even a tiny bit. The fact the guy making it says it shares similarities with a recently released MOVIE makes me more inclined to say it's unrelated. Unless he considers MH a movie.

The only relation is, if i recall correctly, is that its a tall man with no face who kidnaps children.

I heard Laugier was working on this previously to Martyrs as well, so I guess there's not a "link" between the two.

Really pumped for this, Martyrs was one of the most frightening and shocking films of recent years,that also managed to really divide audiences in hate and love camps.

Did you guys check out MARTYRS??

If you don't - do it now. I can see some angry posts about it, but trust me, it's one of those films worth checking. Just you get how it is: I know true horror fans, those kind of guys that watch those films that are always mentioned in "most shocking films", and they say that they love MARTYRS but never EVER want to watch it again.
Yes, it's this kind of movie.

Anyways, if MARTYRS is any indication for this, TALL MAN will be brix shitting for 2 hours straight!!

This movie has nothing to do with Slenderman.

Take a look at the pictures here.

None of those look like Slendy at all. The only similarities are abducting children, being tall, and not being able to see a face.

I loved Martyrs, but I think this is gonna be a let down for be because it FEELS like it should be about slender man and probably isn't going to be.

When Jadusable's thingy came it got a lot of hate from Zelda fans because they couldn't talk about Majora's Mask without someone getting the conversation towards BEN.

I just hope that I can still talk to people about SM without someone mentioning this movie. So far no one has said anything about Phantasm when I say tall man in business suit, so it could work out.
