 		I think it all but proves they are NOT the MT4, because entering your twenties in 1981 would make you around fifty.

And yes, I understand, time shenanigans, but

There are more than four of them involved [Jessalyn, Alex, Daniel, Nick, Ryan]

And thus, time shenanigans wouldn't explain their pre-existing relationships with these clowns. For one, people don't suddenly appear in high school with records from the 70's-80's and enroll, meet friends, girlfriends, start a web series, etc. It don't make no sense.

I think they do, or can, in Slenderville. We've already seen potential alternate realities, all sorts of strange, abstract scenarios, teleporation, etc. A number of college or HS friends they made since reappearing, some convenient records, a whole life set up around them is no stretch by comparison for something like Slendy. This thing has proven it can warp reality. We don't know Alex couldn't have come from the same place and time as Jeff.

In any event, we're covered in either case because when I wrote to Jeff I posited the "not the same people" theory, which could well be the case, as you say.

What do we call the wacky labyrinth house in MH from awhile back? Or, for that matter, the EMHverse we've occasionally seen with time distortion, the endless siren, it always being either day or night, abandoned, all that stuff? There's also the pertinent House of Leaves passage they indicated some time ago. And "time and space flee every which way, disregarding your beloved logic."

Once we dump logic, we are left with the wildly (im)possible, and that begins for me with the timeframe on how old those kids would've been around 1981.

 		I'm not sure what theory to go with here as they both carry merit. While it being the same kids would be cool and all, I have a feeling it would make more sense that their spirit is with our beloved crew and trying to take them over permanently.

The other theory sounds kind of like Quantam Leap. They are on the run from Slendy and keep jumping time and space to stay ahead of him and have to keep doing so forever.

One thing's for sure imo, I don't think there is too much left to this story, or this part of it anyway. I think with only one "corrupted" file left, the endgame might be near.

The toy soldier... I have this niggling feeling they need to be able to interact with it physically. But that's just my suspicion.

and I think that if you ask Jeff to have Alex watch the hidden vids, he'll axe it pretty quickly.

EDIT - anyone else think we should also recommend them maybe going back to the house from ADINTL? It consistently appears in all the hidden videos

"sometime" meaning "not until spring," tho. we can hold off on that little suggestion for awhile, methinks. unless we want to convince them to trudge through who knows how much snow, heh.

 		I was thinking about what TNC said about the MT4 not being our crew outright and wanted to know something.

Has any thought been given to the fact that maybe the original MT4 were outright evil themselves or that SM influenced them enough to become evil? They were from a troulbed kids facility to begin with so they would have been more susceptable to begin with (IT comes to mind). The doctor tried to help them, but couldn't and perhaps even paid the ultimate price? Some of the SM lore I've read on the SA forums even said that the kids wanted to go with him by the time he took them.

The one vid where Evan is sitting talking to nobody while wielding a hatchet made me think this especially. He talked like a maniacal teenager. I'm very on the fence about this one and it really could be either or neither.

All I know for sure is KIDS...glad I was never one. Sorry if I'm not overly helpful, my theories are either out there or just plain awful most of the time.
