I have called all of the indie record stores here in the Phoenix Metro Area, none have seen this album, nor have heard of it. Even Zia Record Exchange has no idea, but others have called in besides me, so they are getting the idea of what is going on.

Why are 2 record stores selling the ARG album on Ebay?!?!?
Who are the stupid people willing to pay over $300 for it?

I thought there were laws that prevented stores selling of promotional material. This clearly falls into the category by promoting the TV show.
I find this to be an unethical practice by the record stores. I hope J.J.'s people go after them for cheating the loyal Fringe viewers. This is a very real legal issue.

I believe that we all have a right to be angry about this one. Evil or Very Mad

These stores are clearly ripping people off and you have to question shopping there.
One of the rip off stores is in L.A. and the other is in Austin TX

We should all file complaints with Ebay about the fraudulent sellers.

We need to finda way to stop this. I have twittered this and will be calling Fox and the record store too. Thid isnt right and there are laws against selling promotional materiallike this

I think the problem is that the record stores believe that the Fringe albums are a prop not a promo material
