Going frame by frame through the flashes the only ones that seem of real relevance are the one that's been altered (The one with the red lines through everyone but Jeff's face) and the one of Evan.
They look like frames taken from either TGF's video or EMH's from when they met up.

Everything else is just scenic and one random one of a girl's shadow on a beach.

They just look like frames from his video with EMH to me. I'm pretty sure the shadow on the beach is from when they were at that lake, but I'd have to watch it again to be sure.

The song at the end is Be My Baby by The Ronettes. The lyrics...I dunno. Out of this context I wouldn't think anything of them, but as things are they kiiiinda creep me out. > >

On the subject of GreenFeathers, don't forget the weird shit he posted on this thread as soon as we saw that vid and called it out as a possible gamejack. Idunno. This might be legit. In the video, it also sounds like someone says "Slender Man" right at the beginning, under the distortion. And that song came out in 1963.
About the new tweets... too much to say. All I can really say is at least there's a fucking reason why Alex had that helmet in "77 of 76"! It was boggling me.

Edit: That was probably already mentioned, but it seems relevant now that we know Jeff is constantly hearing them.

Assuming for a sec GF has gone ingame, he could be directing the song at SM/HABIT. Or looking at the image he could have it bad for Jeff.
