[OT]Penny Arcade ref to ILB today... at the end of his newspost, Penny Arcade's Tycho has shown that he's still playing...

My chortling got very strange looks from co-workers when I read Penny Arcade at my desk today...glad someone else caught that.
One wonders if Tycho posts to these forums under a different moniker, or if he merely lurks silently? Given how flexible a schedule he has, you would think he'd be responsible for enhottenating a Seattle axon or two...

Flea code is fun though.

I saw that game at E3! It looked like so much fun, I didn't know it was out...
Time to go to Best Buy!

I caught that, too. In fact, it was PA that got me into this ARG in the first place.
Surprising how apt Tycho's name is for a Bungie-related AI.
Any of you play Marathon ? He was a hero-by-proxy by being the anti-Durandel. More info is here .
Given the timeline of Marathon, Tycho could conceivably make an appearance in Halo. His ship was launched in 2472 vs. the Apcalypso crash of 2552.

Heh heh. I've been proselityzing to everyone I meet about Katamari Damacy since last Friday.
And he's not kidding when he says it's getting hard to find, I scoped out 6 different stores before finding an EB that had ordered a SINGLE copy...and it was on reserve for somebody else.
I played sneaky though and came back after the shifts changed and managed to flirt, wheedle and cajole my way into getting the new girl to sell it to me.

He may very well be, but given how many of the Cap Hill nodes Wynn and I (Eastsiders) had to hit in the weeks prior to the live calls, he would have had to have been really selective.
Now we've got a couple of active people in downtown and I don't even have to make the trip across the lake any more.
