 		Where did he go during the time that he wasn't on camera? Did he just fight someone in the backyard or did Slendy teleport him somewhere and back? And who did he cut up to get that much blood on him and where are they now?

Given that situation, I think that was pretty realistic. I doubt that anyone would NOT curse in that situation.

I didn't notice the x over his mouth before, I thought it was a beard. But yeah, I think we can say that this glasses guy if The Observer now that he's appeared with the Observer symbol.
