We know a bit about Evan's which doesn't seem to speak for or against our Evan one way or another.

And Vinnie's phone was in Alex's room that night. I've always found that iffy. Why his phone? I don't know if he's HABIT - that sure looked like him in the kitchen to me - but he may be another unconscious collaborator.

And who was it that called Vinnie's phone for the first time in Alex?

If they really wanted to mindfuck us, it should have been Evan calling from this video.

You mean when it was ringing in the craw space and they found it, right?

O_O

AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE EXTERMINATOR!?!?

It was Evan. Evan called Vince to have them come pick them up. Unless you're talking about something else...?

In "Alex" they first heard Vinnie's phone ringing, thus how they found it. What I'm saying is that if they wanted to mindfuck us, they should have had Evan call Vinnie's phone(being the phone call they heard in "Alex")

Or is this what actually happenend?

As for the Ustreams, yeah, Vin's been disconnected in them and even a little grumpy. He's the one we see the least. I think he's the one we should watch the most.

Maybe Evan isn't the untrustworthy one.

No, disregard me, I didn't quite understand what you were getting at because I am tired and not thinking well. >.>

I find it hard to speak totally against any of them now that I'm actually talking to 'em and I THINK they read here IG. But I will say that after what we've seen we have to look sideways at all of them. I believe they don't consciously mean anyone any harm, but their behavior indicates they are susceptible to doing something entirely different from their waking intentions. We have to watch all of them. Maybe even Alex.

They didn't remember 77 when they just posted it because it just happened just now when they went back in the room and went into the crawlspace. Someone is sending these from their future. Stashing the videos and then sending them. Maybe? What did I miss?

But wasn't there a siren in 77? No siren in the parking lot. And what is that building? What is it they exited from in this latest?

That would certainly play into the time travel theories.

Now let me just throw out a random thought here: Would it be uncalled for to guess that this supposed person from the future is HABIT? AKA one of original 4 trying to tell their past self what they need to "avoid"? Now there's the whole issue of "Why is he in our time now?" But who's to say he didn't find a way to weasle his way back into our time?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds Vince to be suspect. I mean everyone is to some degree, but something about Vince gives me the creeps. I'll repeat what I said in a much earlier post that if there is a connection, regardless of what it is to the Corenthal kids, THOSE kids were in a home for troulbed youth. I have never thought that they were victims.

We believe Vince was abused, by the doctor, but what if it was all made up? Kids lie, especially if it means getting out of trouble or benefits them in any way. We assume they are telling the truth and maybe the are, but the possibility exists that those kids were trouble (evil?) in the first place which could be what drew Slendy to them to begin with.

Evan is creepy too, and Jeff is too adorable to find menacing or creepy SO FAR. I keep waiting for that to change too. Jeff going wack would be the most chilling because of his charm. Evan has that sense of humor but you can always tell there is something off about him. Not to the degree of Vince though. There is still something to the "unattainable companion" aspect of this that also bugs me concerning the three main heroes.

No. I think it's him anyway. Because he's also the one sending the boxes cracking jokes about the Corenthals and poking fun at viewers' dreams and personal info that have only been brought up here. Isn't he? Who else can it be? He wants us to know and he wants to taunt them and us with the truth.

Or HABIT's doing the boxes and someone else is leaving the USB files. IDK.

Maybe he's here because the other 3 are too. He's Evan/HABIT so he came with.

Maybe he's doing it Quantum Leap style? Like, he's in one person one time, another person another. It could very well explain why everybody has different theories about who's HABIT - at one time, they all are?

I think it has at times. He's as bipolar and manic as the others sometimes, and it's that much more alarming because he is supposedly "the leader." He's susceptible to these flights of grandiosity, like when he unilaterally decided Steph was not to be trusted and had to be banished from the kingdom. His tweets during that fight were just delirious.

But yes. Vinnie is the quiet, most "normal" one and that has always been suspicious. He's been Ringo. And it's always Ringo.

Vin's most notable feature is that he was in denial about this not being an elaborate prank the longest. What if that was self-defense mechanism of some sort?

Also, I don't think Fairmount!Vinnie was lying about being molested. Disbelieving victims isn't my style.

I agree that their behavior has been strange, but I'm not quite willing to start saying that Vince or Jeff are malicious... the only person we have proof of harmful intent is, sadly, Evan. We know that at some point (in the past? Evan's hairstyle = good way to keep track of time) Evan was filmed sitting at Jeff's kitchen table with a goddamn meat cleaver negotiating for someone's blood.

Which just makes it all the more depressing that he's the most capable when it comes to defense. He's the one leading the charges against the monsters, the one taking care of everyone when shit goes down... and he's very likely also HABIT. Until we get something more solid on Vince or Jeff, I'm not willing to say that either of them are in cahoots with any of the monsters.

If they can all slip into Corenthal mode - whatever that is, however the mechanism - than they are all compromised and capable of violent action AFAIC. I don't think any of them consciously intend to do anyone harm, especially not Evan. But that doesn't count for much when you're all talking to Dr. Corenthal in the 1970s in January of 2011.

I don't think any of them are actively working with SM or HABIT or anything else. I think it's all subconscious. And I think it's all of them. I thought at one point that Jeff sent those phantom HABITHASBITME tweets. And who wrote "HABIT SEES YOU. WE ARE UNBREAKABLE." Not HABIT.

P.S. - I don't doubt Fairmount Vincent's molestation story. But I do think his passiveness is also seen in today's Vinnie.
