Which reminds me, did we ever get an answer about the "surveillance" footage taken inside the house? Seems like they took its existence awfully in stride. IDK, some stuff just really bugs me (the exterminator, for example; Jeff and Alex's parents).


To me, it's on par with the last morse code video. Whoever made it totally filmed Jeff staring at the camera in bed. I know we kind of take the mundane content of those videos for granted, but it's really unnerving to me the possibility that whoever is behind the videos was able to just sit in front of Jeff and film him(assuming Jeff didn't take it himself)

This seems especially relevant to the words that flashed over that image:

"His loss blinds him".

At the time, I figured it was referring to the loss of Jessa blinding him to the plight of Alex, but... could it really be that self-referential? His loss is blinding him to whatever is taking the hidden video footage?

 		More than 10 pages today! I'm glad to see our post-count going back up again xP

So, just want to say that GF being IG sort of frightens me o.O. But, if he really is, then it's obviously them just trying to one-up having Hybrid dreams be IG... now actual *hyrbrids* are IG!

I can't help but wonder, if more people showed up for that Day with the Hybrids... would we be getting more cryptic videos and disappearances from the forum O.o?

(Oh, and, yeah, I think Grieck said he'd know by today? Either he got delayed, or maybe they wouldn't tell him/didn't want him to tell us one way or the other for some reason?*)

 		Yeah, Ryan not Daniel died. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for setting me straight guys. Sick as a dog and not thinking too clearly here. Guess that makes my theory on those letters useless, anything else they could mean? Also, great catch on the vertigo reference. Some very telling implications there for sure.

 		Hey. So sorry if this had been mentioned. But I just made this connection last night. In I'm Okay, Jeff, was in a burned out building talking about an elementary school that burned down and how they left him. And he mentions the medical records.

Now this may be a no shit moment, and if so totally ignore this, but what if he was talking about Fairmount- or the town they came from- there? Like it seems really obvious now, but I only just made the connection.

Yeeeaaahhhhh....that does seem awfully similar.

Two obvious options: It's his life once again paralleling the Centralia Jeffrey's in a strange way which would attract Slenderattention, or the school fire is the altered version of Jeff's childhood trauma - i.e., he doesn't remember Centralia, but remembers a similar incident in its place.

Geek moment of the morning: In the X-Men mythos, "dead" Jean Grey's mystery twin Madelyne Pryor remembered being in a horrific plane crash at the exact same date and time as Jean's death on the moon. Ultimately, she was revealed to be a clone/aspect of Jean reincarnated. I always liked Madelyne better. She had great hair.

 		Maybe the fire was his point of insertion into our reality and that is why no one was looking for him. Could be that our boys are the true horrors either consciously with great acting due to years of practice, or unconsciously the actual puppetmasters behind the creatures that seem to be tormenting them only to bring in more people to be terrified by proxy. The terror feeds them. Love me some fevered delirium, seems to go well with EMH.

ATA & DTD

I am puzzled. It reminded me of AT-standard Hayes compatible modem commands, and I pored over the manual but I can't make them come out right. ATA is a modem command and it means "Answer the call". DTD isn't. It's close to ATDT which means "Dial this number using tone dialing", but that's just probably techie pareidolia. Smile

The letters themselves don't anagram to anything interesting, and they don't stand for anything I can imagine. I've tried converting them back to numbers and then combining them with the original numbers on the GF video. Nada. I've tried anagramming the letters with the SLEEP WELL message which produced "Dad's Telltale Pew", which was briefly amusing but not helpful.

Oh, and also, when I went to check the video again there was 666 views. So yeah. Creeped out and frustrated. I can help but feel GF wanted it that way. Now I'm going to take a crack at clearing up the damned distorted audio.

Thanks, man. I'm so glad some of us are tech-savvy. The best I have are six or seven year old Final Cut Pro skills and I'm way out of practice.

I too have been coughing and congested since I woke up this morning. :/

Very funny, GF, very funny. Chalk this one up as a point to the "this is all a joke" theory.

Now, I encourage anyone with a spare moment to take a listen to a little recording of what I think is the smoking gun. Take a listen, and tell me what you think.

OTOH it could be some weird-ass tangent wordplay. They love Donnie Darko and that whole "tangent universe" thing OKAY I'LL STOP
