yes many puzzles over the 3 weeks have had 3 clues...
and clamatius, may want to fix the arrested to self arrested too

You're still forgetting phone = blower / horn
"Hand" can also be "mitt" or "paw."
There are about three dozen different ways to say "leave the scene." What about "Take a powder"?
