I've been messing around with some stills in Photoshop and stuff. In terms of the "board" still from the end of the trailer, I came across something interesting.

From how I'm seeing it, there appears to be a black man/woman (can't really tell).

First of all - it's not kind of monster (if it monster at all) like clovie. It definietly use sort of telekinesis - and control electricity and other stuff (turning on the cars , blinking lights in room , bus) It is small - They're burning the field to find/kill it so it was able to hide in this field.

I wonder if the creature is visible at all (new sort of energy) -in the moment house explodes you can see something like smoke mixed with lightning hitting/coming out of the upper left site of the house(it is not the cloud on the sky)

Scene with the shop - If it's coming out of the shop - why the smoke is outside before it blows ? And look at the people -everyone is looking to the sky and this cloud looks like it is coming from the sky too

I've only skimmed through this thread, so trout me if need be.... Is it me though, or does that object in the still frame look more like an insect-like leg rather than a mouth?

One thing, which wasn't mentioned here, (and you can trout me, if it was) -
the reflection in the falling camera is now much better.

I advice to check out every frame, perhaps I missed something.
But I think here you can see the better things.

Alright, I actually figured something out, I think. Let's recap.

1. What if whatever was busting out of the cargo door wasn't big, but small.
2. What if it wasn't just one, but many?
3. What if there was an entire group of these little creatures, and they have telekinetic/electric abilities?
4. What if the kids aren't just running from one alien, but an army of them?

Hey kosmopol, I was looking at the third frame you posted of the reflections in the camera lens in Final Cut and AE too, when I increased the exposure on that frame I saw A LOT of layered images, but more important, I saw what looks like very thing, small "human-esque" shaped things crawling towards the camera. Did you see the same thing?

Yeah, people, you're right. There is perhaps something.
This multilayer is perhaps the reflections in various lenses of the objective.

OK, people, here is the original HD footage with falling camera. It's pretty huge: 128 Mb for only 2 seconds, lol. But you can see it in best quality I could achieve.
