An earlier test of the tendrils. I also plan to use some hosepipe to make arms/tentacles coming out of my back, though that may not work well.

Not sure about the hat. It's not the iconic slendy but it hides the seems on the spandex suit.

I decided the best way to overcome my fear of the Slender Man was to BECOME the Slender Man.

It didn't work. Very Happy

It's not that impressive really, it's just a whosuit under a dinner jacket(I lack a black suit). The tendril are a 10m pc to tv cable I bought from Spar, cut into bits, and looped through watches. If you look closely you can see writing on it:D

What I'd really want is a way to retract them but that would be very fiddly. Smile

Corvus, your amazing Slenderman costume skills are making me suspicious... No one can have all those good ideas... Except Slenderman. You must be Slenderman himself!

I'm on to you.

Actually it would be more accurate to say I'm on to you.

Don't turn around.

Very Happy

Yeah, that was amazing. I thought the hat was a nice touch as well.

That sounds unhealthy, perhaps you should take some pills. Wink

I'm really iffy on the hat. On the one hand I much prefer Slenderman without one becaus eit's just more iconic. On the other hand people keep saying it's better with th hat and it covers up the seams of the spandex.

Well, I don't have to pee anymore.

I think the hat works! I'd be a little more worried about the hose from the arms - I could see that it was pretty fake at the end. Maybe something that moves more freely...?

Only thing I can think of is string, which I don't think would work. I can jiggle it around a bit and to be honest I prefer it not waving everywhere, althoguh I agree it's more fake looking than I'd hoped. But really when you get that close I don't think anything I could do would stand up. I'm more concernedc about the actual hose (this was cable) I'll use for second arms, which I suspect wont look great at all. Ah well, I almost find hi creepier without them anyway.

Not really fan-art, just the idea of it. But would someone with painting skillz, PLEASE do a version of Rene Magritte's Golconda that is ALL Slenderman? That would be beautiful.
