Throughout the video I was trying to take a closer look at the graffiti on the walls to see if it said anything important, but I really didn't decipher much. Near the entrance, on the right it says "WAS HERE," and I'm sure a lot of other stuff before that. Every time I would pause to look at the graffiti, though, the screen was too blurry to figure anything out...

Did anybody have better luck than me?

Rats, that's just spray paint. Too bad, but a close call at least! Very Happy

Thanks for the clarification, everyone -- haven't had a chance to rewatch yet. Surely I will rewatch it several times to get the most out of it. Surely!

Anyone else think the whole suspense-with-no-climax thing is starting to feel a little overdone? Or is that just me?

J.... SP, SP, SP.

Kidding, I wouldn't use SP if I could help it either. I think I may be having some extra trouble since I'm using a laptop with inferior hardware.

It also MIGHT still be processing. I've seen that with my own vids, though, not so much with others.

I have to admit I was the tiniest bit unimpressed with the whole "loud-noise-jump-scare" bit. But then I've never liked that kind of tactic.

But hey, there's just no pleasing me some people.

Some thoughts.

1. Regarding the memory loss: I would have been greatly disappointed to find out that Jay started losing patches of memory here. In fact, if he starts losing his memory at any time before November, I'm going to be very upset. This is kind of like MH's answer to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Logan loses his memory at the end of the movie.

2. Regarding the house: of course he went back. If he escapes a creepy location unscathed, he keeps going back until he's attacked by Tim and the Operator.

3. Regarding the graffiti: Perhaps he did catch it on-screen, but it got fudged with by Mr. Thin or Mr. Sideburns. Maybe we're not meant to see it yet.

And finally, the biggest one:

4. Regarding the house: How do we know this is where the tape from #26 was sent from? He cut the camera, and never speaks during the house segment to let us know that that is the return address.

Damn, it's great to be back at this.

This sounds lame, but that's what I enjoy about Marble Hornets sometimes. It's what makes actual gratification that much better. Very Happy

Did anyone else notice how as Jay was leaving the house and he looks up, to the top right looks like "the red tower"

I doubt it's still processing. In the past when entries have done that (29 and 30 spring to mind for me), they were only available in 240p. I just watched it in 720. Graffiti's still blurry.

When Jay said, "Why am I still talking?" I could've sworn he said "OH IT'S THE TALL MAN," and I got really excited, haha.

That's the thing. I like it sometimes. Not this much, though. It's been half the Jay entries from Season One and almost every episode in Season Two.[/b]

Certainly looks similar, but it's probably coincidence, considering he's been driving for days.
