Well, since everyone seems to be looking here in the puzzles section, I'll alert you to the discussion of the contactme page over in the general discussion section here: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6913&start=30 As to how people are trying to contact Melissa. Both sending her the subject 5 stuph and warning her.
