 		So I was curious and so I cut all the fragments out and arranged them together to form the face and..all the fragments seem to fit into the picture somewhere...there don't seem to be any "extra" pieces. (though admittedly I might have placed some incorrectly, who knows)

 		If "You are broken, you can't be fixed" is meant to discourage Jay from watching the tapes, then why did he leave Jay the safe combination so he could get the tapes in the first place?

Fantastic! If anyone claims that isn't Alex after that, they need to get their eyes repaired.
Bit odd that there's no nose at all though, does anyone else think this might be intentional? It did make me spawn a weird theory:

WARNING, WEIRD THEORY:
So, maybe Jay finds Alex later on and Masky ends up breaking Alex's nose, and that is the "brokeness" referred to in this video? And then we'll find Alex later, only to discover he couldn't get his nose fixed and so now has a more hawkish appearance?
Basically, this video was just done for the LOLZ.
(I don't actually believe any of that)

This was great, thanks for posting it!

I don't really have much to add; you guys have done a great job deciphering things and postulating about what it all means. I do want to weigh in, though -- I mean, work has sidelined my ability to interact with you all right away, but a girl can chatter, right?

I feel that this entry was aimed at Jay. I think that it refers to where he's at currently: going through tapes, on the run, trying to regain some sense of balance and understanding. After all, he seems to be in a familiar place now that he's reviewing tapes again. TTA suggests otherwise: he's broken and cannot be fixed. Like a record that repeats itself, he's stuck, and no amount of video surveillance and going over those recordings is going to get him out of it.

While this has no real evidence save that I'm trying to connect TTA to 'noentry' from earlier, I feel that 'MUST DIEEEEEEE' is a warning to Jay. Because Jay is going through the tapes, and because TTA is using an image of Alex, I think that he's suggesting that Jay will inevitably come across Alex's death.

I find that the Masky-like black spaces for the eyes and the upside down eyebrow for a smiley mouth might be interesting and significant in some way. In #22, Alex suggested that everyone was 'gone', when they weren't literally gone forever. TTA could be using 'die' to suggest that the old Alex will be witnessed dying. So it doesn't have to be that Alex literally gushes blood and then the rigour mortis sets in, it could mean that he's casting off a (figurative!) old skin. Hell, it could be that TTA has snatched Alex or that he is Alex. One way or another, though, I think that either Jay is going to come up on Alex while he watches his tapes, and see him die or betray him somehow.

The sound effects were pretty fantastic, by the way. Really enjoying the new distortion. Very Happy

 		So, was I the only one a little disappointed in this one? I mean, I'm super-excited that TTA is back, but this was kind of lackluster.

However, no one is unfixable. ToTheArk, I accept your challenge.

 		I still think we should analyze the annoying tones in the background. There has to be something important to the pitch of the sounds TTA put in...

And... anyone think there's a deliberate reason why the text is blurred, instead of clear? Maybe that's just TTA's MO, but... still...

 		The same text style is used in 'Addition'. Could it be that TTA's settled on a kind of font/effect combo?!

Not sure about the tones, as I'm not very proficient with sound analysis. I would be very interested to see if it pans out, though, given that the morse code finally did! TTA utilizing symbols, visual and audio codes all in one video sounds pretty rad to me.

 		For me ToTheArk videos really never seem to matter. It's all distorted nonsense images and messages that even if the creators "say" we miss things I have a feeling they are just filler..

 		Maybe... but they're so much fun! They're there to creep you out, and I imagine to scare Jay. Even if they don't contain secret codes that will lead to higher understandings of the events at hand, they're serving the purpose of putting the main character on edge, and making us drop bricks by the dozen!

 		I didn't get into MH until, what, a month ago? Less? But I remember reading discussions where people found that the audio from early TTA videos matched up with some of the soundless raw footage (i.e. Operator goes with Entry #10). I don't know whether this ever lead to something, but I'm just throwing this out here as my say in the 'do-TTA-videos-matter' discussion. (Well, two posts.) They're there to, at the very least, let you know that someone else knows about Alex, about Jay, and that they have access to some things that seem to be important, such as the audio.

Ah, that was probably doesn't make any sense and has no relation to anything you guys said...

EDIT: I just wanted to mention that dfw did a fantastic job on putting the pieces together.

 		Jesus I need to be faster replying to these. I had many ideas about this video after watching it a few times but they all had already been said by other people! I do agree with the "Alex cut a deal with the dark forces" Theory. However I also think what could have happened is during the operators stalkings for Jay that was just probing to find somebody connected with this mysterious "Ark" they found something like that in Jay. So then the operator turned tim into masky/tta to stalk Jay and learn about him/goad him.

I'm semi-inclined to believe this, but as mentioned the tta videos at least are relevant to the videos Jay posts, and plus they are probably meant mainly for the purpose of scaring Jay (and of course by extension us...XD)
But yeah I don't think they are like..LOADED with clues, and so they can be a bit over analyzed.

also Imma go ahead and say I am also liking the Alex cut a deal with dark forces theory. It just really seems possible.
