This really needed to be posted earlier, I think. This is what we know for sure, no debates.

[0:08] J looks around while walking up to the house
[0:22] J enters house
[0:32] J seems to sigh and then says "Hello?"
[0:40] J looks under some wood on the floor
[0:43] J kicks around some pipes/wood/trash
[0:45] J says "There isn't anything here!"
[0:52] The notebook can be seen
[0:53] J says "What are you wanting me to see? I'm not seeing anything!"
[0:57] Alex says "Jay?" from behind J
[0:58] J turns around and sees Alex standing in the doorway
[1:00] Alex puts his finger up to his lips and points behind J
[1:04] J says "Ok, hold on" while moving into the back room
[1:09] Masky pops out of a doorway in the back room holding a knife
[1:10] Masky runs past J and out of the back room
[1:11] J drops the camera. There is distortion
[1:12] Alex shouts "Ah! God!"
[1:13] Camera lands, then noise is heard (sounds like fighting)
[1:16] Masky lands on the floor face down and Alex pins him down. A cut can be seen on Alex's arm
[1:19] J appears to be helping Alex when Alex says "Get the cord!"
[1:21] J runs to the right and grabs some off-screen cord, passing it to Alex
[1:24] Alex starts tying up Masky and J picks up the camera
[1:25] The camera distorts until 1:32. Shouts are heard
[1:34] J says "Keep him still"
[1:36] J unmasks Masky!!! It's Tim!!! What a surprise!!!
[1:38] Tim starts coughing. Alex seems to gesture to the left and J says "What?". J looks left to see Masky's knife
[1:41] Alex says "Give me the knife!"
[1:43] J says "No! I'm not giving you the knife!" and picks it up
[1:45] Alex says "Turn off the camera!"
[1:46] Alex gets up off Tim and walks left
[1:47] Alex picks up a rock and J shouts "What? No! Hey, hey, hey, hey!"
[1:48] Alex walks over to Tim and raises the rock above his head saying "He's not gonna follow us!". Tim moves his legs as though he's trying to crawl away on his back and protect himself
[1:49] The camera tilts down to the right and J says "What are you doing?" then Tim screaming is heard
[1:50] Camera shows J driving and he does not look happy. Only the driver's seat can be seen

No one has mentioned the "Hello?" I really don't think that J thought anyone would be there, but was kinda hoping. This makes me think that he didn't expect Alex to be there.

While Alex didn't seem all too surprised, we didn't see J's face. For all we know he went slack-jawed and wide-eyed.

I'm in the camp for leg break, not killed. I do see the limp in #33.

My theory is that Alex found a way to hide from the Operator and then watched his house for when Masky went to collect the planted camera. He then followed him back to this place and then hid out until he was ready to make his move on Masky.

He didn't expect J to arrive 12 days later (I think that's about right, right?) and then decides that it is the perfect moment to get Masky when he sees J approach the house (he's hiding in the bushes).

I have no idea what happened to Amy. Alex probably told her to go stay with her parents or something while he sorts it out.

I don't know how Alex got away from the Operator in the first place, but that seems to be an important point which I hope is on the upcoming tapes.

I've only read up to page 25, because I don't have an attention span (But you just read 25 pages!) [shut up! D=< ), but if Masky is a force against the Slenderman, and Alex attracts Slendy like there's no tomorrow, then maybe Masky is simply protecting himself by trying to get rid of Alex.

From what I can recall, Jay has no real experiences with the Slenderman, only Masky. If that's the case, Masky could simply be protecting Jay from the Slenderman with all his antics and whatnot. Didn't a TTA video have Masky or TTA distracting Slendy? (or both of them, if that's right) Masky has never really tried to harm Jay, only scare him off whenever he thinks he's getting too close to something he shouldn't.

So perhaps the Slenderman can't get close to Jay unless Alex, the Slendermagnet, is around, and Masky doesn't want that.

My mind is muddled, I can't really think straight, and I'm going to bed. Make of it as you will, but like I said: Warning, theorycraft
