Does "Officer Marten" have any known significance to anyone? A quick google search didn't really do much, but it's odd that he would be named in the letter if it wasn't significant

Disquieting thought: to my best recollection HABIT and the Rake have not attacked anyone within or absconded with any stuff belonging to the core 4. Only expendables. The girl in Lambertville, Jessa, Ryan, maybe us. And Alex. Alex does not belong.
