Ok, if Alex is TTA, and he sent the tape, it would make sense. He knew that Masky would go to the adress that he sent J. He also knew that Jay would show up. The help, was to jay, asking for his help in getting rid of Masky/ fining the Ark, which stops the Operator, or is perhaps controlled by it. Masky left the camera there to bring Alex back into the game. Alex was tired of all of it, stating that it wasn't a game anymore. There is of course the alternant timeline where Masky is TTA instead, and both fit equally well into the story, we just have to learn more to say for sure.

ALSO: They need to hurry up and post a new entry!

Alright, so going back to the subject of how Alex knew Tim was in the room.

During the video when Alex first walks into the shack we hear something like a pipe drop. Now, there's no debris around the entrance so it wasn't something caused by Alex, and Jay's movement around the doorway wasn't very loud and this sounded like something came down pretty hard. Alex picks up on this noise, noticing it wasn't coming from him or Jay and motions for Jay to be quiet and points to the back room, Jay listens and Masky comes rushing out.

Basically, Alex walks in hears noise coming from neither Jay nor him and infers that there's someone else in the shack. I'm betting he didn't actually know that Tim was there, but because of the noise that was made he figured out someone was there.

I don't think that Alex is TTA. Mostly because of Addition and Return. Return especially makes it pretty apparent that TTA is Tim; he breaks into Jay's house (and scares the shit out of the viewers) and Jay disappears. Then Return shows Jay in the house. Unless Alex was working with Tim at that time, but I think it's pretty unlikely that that happens.

The reason I'm posting them is, while I don't believe the theory myself, they definitely help support the "Alex works for Slendy" theory.

Honestly, I think it's far too early to begin writing Alex as an antagonist. We hear him say that everyone is gone, including Tim. Then, after his life seems back to normal, Slendy shows up and attempts to do whatever the hell happens to people who get taken by Slendy.

Forward to Entry #35, Alex already pissed from having his life thrown back into this finds Jay, and moments later gets stabbed by Tim.

I'm pretty sure I'd want to get him back too.

At the same time, we know jack shit whether Alex would do the same if Tim and Jay's positions were swapped.

So at this point I'd say we can't tell if Alex is going to play the role of an antagonist or not, we have no information on his story, and we're not going to know until the next few entries.

Haven't heard many totheark responses this season
only one was fragments which appears to show a picture of alex torn up
masky is tim
tim is either dead (unlikely) or just had a big fucking rock slammed on him and is hurt(more likely given masky's recent limp)
if we think totheark is masky (many do)
then fragments comes across like "hey fuck you alex that rock hurt!"
or maybe totheark is the fat guy in the park who knows
