Okay, so poor Rose was Jessie's grandmother. That would put Linnie at, what, 40-55 years old?

So, that would place her at the same age as the Fairmount children.

Guys. William and Rose might be the parents to our Linnie. Which means they might have sent Linnie to dear old Uncle Corenthal for treatment if something was wrong with her, keeping it in the family over sending her to a stranger.

No one said they were following the creepypasta though. I mean, you're probably right, but its also possible that this is the "true story" of the Rake.

 		I don't think it much matters either way. They're referencing back to the original pasta, which is awesome, and also we do still have the letter IG that William wrote to Linnie. So there is still some connection.
