Don't know if this has been mentioned, but I know others have already linked Signal to Braodcast. (Since its a similar name and video style) We already know the audio from Signal came straight from the movie Silent Snow (Or something along those lines.) Has anyone gone back and watched the movie for a scene similar to what's in Broadcast? Maybe the audio is straight from that movie too.

Hey guys. I've been lurking for a bit now, but I registered an account because I think I may be on to something.

Call this overanalysis, but I found out that the pauses in the sound spell out "IRIS" in morse code. This may be significant, with the previous focus on eyes.

Sorry if anyone said this before, but does anyone think this could be like, Tim's view of Jay and Alex. Perhaps they thought they killed him and dumped him in a creek or something. And am I the only one who thinks it says "I will always see you" instead of "I will always know you"

I was REAAAAALLY hoping that this video, once the audio was decoded, would give us either a: "Yeah I'm Tim, so what?" or a "Not Tim at all, SUCKERS.". But there's really nothing definite here. Sure both camps can twist this information into their theories (He's saying he doesn't know him! Tim's not TTA! OMG! vs. He's taunting him like usual! He's totally TTA! OMG!) but there really isn't anything for sure in there, which makes me sad.

However, the anti-hero/misunderstood theory is pretty much quashed by that first statement.

I might be late, but has anyone attempted to work on the image that's showing? Maybe darkening it a bit, to see if it becomes a bit more clear?
