There is a tiny click/tick sound when you first start the video. It's very subtle, but it's definitely there. In Audacity, it is at 0.135.

In Entry 35, the video actually freeze-frames at 1:35 right before Masky is unmasked to reveal Tim.

The decoded audio for this "Broadcast" is: "Enjoying watching you suffer. Do you know me? I will always know you." Since this is in response to Entry 35, I wonder if this is directed at Tim?

Hmm, now we seem to have a consensus on the message, it might be worth brainstorming about who it could be directed to.

Tim makes immediate sense: Tim was suffering in entry 35, if TTA is not Tim, then his identity is a mystery ("Do you know me?"), and "I will always know you" could be a reference to how impossibly lame Tim's disguise was. (See: sideburns, always wearing the same jacket).

If it's addressed to Jay or Alex, though, things get a bit creepier.

We know Jay is suffering in a sense because he's stuck in this mire of bizarre events and crippling amnesia and is desperately trying to make sense of what his life has become. Alex isn't suffering in any way that we can see, so it seems unlikely that it's addressed to Alex unless TTA has actually captured Alex and is cutting bits off of him in his cellar or something. But in that case, he wouldn't make a video and put it on YouTube to address Alex because Alex wouldn't be at liberty to see the video! So I think that if the video isn't directed at Tim, it's directed at Jay.

"Do you know me?" is prompting Jay to state who he believes ToTheArk is. Jay's said that he believes Masky is TTA before, but that was a while ago, before all this happened. TTA might be wanting Jay to definitively say "I believe Tim is TTA" or "I don't think Tim is TTA", so TTA can tell what Jay is currently theorising - and perhaps respond accordingly.

"I will always know you" is the creepy part. Why would someone who knew Jay suddenly not know him? Is it a reference to the fact that Jay is known to TiMasky in both his Tim and Masky personas? Or is it a suggestion that Jay himself might have his own other persona or disguises that he might have been using at some point during the missing time? In the latter case, that'd suggest that it doesn't matter how much Jay disguises himself, or how much his personality is altered: TTA will always know who he really is.

So one of the crucial things that hasn't been pointed out is the REASON for the distorted audio.

Perhaps this is obvious, but I think it's important.

The audio is distorted in this fashion to simulate how someone would be hearing it if they were underwater.

That is, the person who is speaking is NOT underwater. (i.e. the figure standing over the camera is the one speaking)

So, two things are possible here.

1.) TTA is standing (probably symbolically - i.e. this is a metaphor and not actual footage of someone drowning) over Jay or Alex, "enjoying watching them suffer", taunting them with the speaker's identity.

2.) (This is perhaps a little more out there but I kind of like it.) TTA IS NOT THE ONE SPEAKING. Or, to look at this another way, TTA IS THE ONE DROWNING. Or, to add something else, ALEX IS THE ONE SPEAKING TO TTA. He's interpreting Entry #35's posting as "[Alex] enjoys watching [me] suffer". The "do you know me?" is Alex's asking what exactly TTA knows, and telling him that he always will know his (TTA's) identity.


EDIT: Just realized that this theorizing presupposes that TTA=TiMasky. Feel free to ignore.

Oh, a more obvious reason to connect this to the Silent Snow footage than just the look:

The Silent Snow was in a video called "signal". This one's called "broadcast". Signals can be transmitted via a broadcast.

Another implication of the broadcast title: "broadcast" implies a message transmitted for the benefit of anyone who can receive it. The title might be suggesting that unlike previous TTA videos, which seemed to be "narrowcast" for Jay's attention primarily, this one is addressed to everyone. TTA might be watching all of us suffer (puzzle and torment ourselves over what is happening to Jay), and that whilst we may believe we know who TTA is, he sure as heck knows who we are.

I want to think Jessica is TTA, and when she blacks out she's trying to protect Jay. I really liked Jessica and I might just be making this sound possible in my head because I want her back. lol.

She kept pushing for him to tell the truth, something TTA wanted him to do on several occasions.

I'm not backing the Jess=TTA theory, but it's entirely plausible. Especially, with a broadcast. Jessica was never seen in season 1 of MH, but that doesn't mean she wasn't there. We didn't and still don't know who she is, but she could know everyone else.
