September 19, 1962 and www.cosmo.org

Wasn't sure if I should start a new topic for this but I tried one more version of the date screenshot. I turned it upside down and it looks like 7961-61-09(for September).
When I enter the # in Google I get this link to an SR-71 Blackbird image gallery: http://www.sr-71.org/photogallery/blackbird/17961/

This is an aircraft with ties to Area 51 and Groom Lake. The 7961 model is on display at Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center. There's a link to the Cosmosphere: http://www.cosmo.org/ (not the Red Cozmo but...)

At the Cosmosphere they are showing Aliens of the Deep. This place looks pretty amazing. I haven't spent much time checking it out yet.

Here's a quote from the museum page: At the Cosmosphere, visitors hear the non-biased, definitive story of the Space Race. With a U.S. space artifact collection second only to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and the largest collection of Russian space artifacts outside of Moscow, the Hall of Space Museum is known by space enthusiasts worldwide.

And another quote about its artifacts: You might know the Cosmosphere has the most significant collection of U.S. and Russian space artifacts in the world.
But did you know that only 7% of the approximately 15,000 space artifacts in the Cosmosphere's collection are displayed in the Hall of Space Museum? The other 93% of the collection, the part you don't see, is housed in the Cosmosphere's vaults and warehouses.

(I wonder if these artifacts could have anything to do with vitas relic.)

There seem to be a few connections here – but recent experience tells me that doesn't mean it has anything to do with the ARG. I don't know if it's in-game in any way, but it should be. There are too many things to list. Here's the link to the museum section page that talks about the space race and artifacts: http://www.cosmo.org/museum.cfm

Figured I'd post this in case anyone else wants to check it out.

Re: September 19, 1962 and www.cosmo.org

Very Nice!
I do remember when we got the first part of September 19, 1962. It came upside down to begin with. So maybe thats how it was meant to be
The site itself might not be ARG, but it is interesting, could lead to something? Gonna try and see if i can find anything else

EDIT: Also i thought that if september is upside down maybe the numbers might be too. (60)

But all that comes up is this census
http://www.census.gov/epcd/cbp/map/01data/55/025.txt
For Jewelry, luggage & leather goods stores

Dont think thats anything

There is a website that I found on Bing that has the date 09/19/1962. It talks about GARABANDAL. At first I thought that it might have a tie. It talked about miracles and caves. But I think it's more of a religious site.

Just a side note. I thought the date to be strange because it's my birthday. And I know that the ARG administrators don't know me from Adam. Can't say anything exciting happened on that date... LOL Cool

OK - simplicity,
Do you have any documentation to prove your human birth? Did your parents live in a cave? Do you have any childhood memories of being in a large glass container wrapped in coils while men in white coats took notes? Foily!

It's probably another one of those crazy coincidences I keep banging my head off of – but this does sort of go along with the idea of the "we are the aliens are us" circle that some ARGers have mentioned.

I decided to check out the Cosmosphere and Hutchinson, Kansas a little more. Turns out there's the Kansas Underground Salt Museum (http://www.undergroundmuseum.org/index.php ) in the same town in a salt mine 650 feet below the Kansas prairie that's been there for 275 million years. According to an article at the website, it houses an organism older than dinosaurs:

The world's oldest living organism, estimated to be about 250 million years old, is now living at the Kansas Underground Salt Museum as part of its newest exhibit featuring the unprecedented discovery of living bacteria found trapped inside a salt crystal.
The scientists credited with reawakening bacteria from spores inside an ancient salt crystal -- Dr. Russell Vreeland, Dr. William Rosenzweig, and Dr. Dennis Powers -- were at the Museum for the exhibit opening. Their research has indicated the cells from which those spores presumably formed were alive and active before the time of dinosaurs.

There's more about half way down the page at http://www.undergroundmuseum.org/exhibits.html

(Just something else to while away the time while the SSF1 is stalled in idle.)

Yeah. perhaps it has similiar pre-history as our "foreign energy source"? Well, pretty classic and orthodoxal for scifi movies, though Smile

But anyway awesome. And the story you've found is perhaps the most awesome thing here, because - it's for real.

I have been to the cosmosphere and I really wanted to go to the Salt mine but I had a child under 4 and they were not allowed in. My hubby took a pic of the boys in front of that plane:-)

Yes, this looks definitely awesome. If I'll come to US one day, I'll visit this cosmosphere.

they are us theory

Okay Rocket i have proof of birth on this planet. And I wasn't the first test tube baby...LOL

The article about prehistoric spores regenerating is quite interesting. I have often theorized that with the melting of the polar caps we may wake up prehistoric bacteria or viruses that have been caught in the snow for a millenia. So the article about the spores in the salt is quite fascinating. It also supports my long theory that the creatures that live in the deepest and most remote areas of our worlds oceans are dinosaurs that have gone unnoticed. It wasn't until the last two decades that we found whole ecosystems that lived off anaerobic substances. Animals that live off chemicals rather than organic materials life flesh and flora.

And if I was really an alien i think I would have already figured out the device for reenter.

Simplicity;

Perhaps you've a very convincing alien who has been bred to have no clue that you're an alien and programmed to infiltrate ARG sites and work in a profession where you can secretly harvest body parts for alien experimentation? Wink

I'll be a willing volunteer...

just saying... Rolling Eyes

So...

when you say don't go to Concordia, we really should go to Concordia, right?

(Now if you say yes, that means no, and no means yes--is that right, Alien temptress mole of the night?)

What if September 19th, 1962 is just a date that the kids are using for their film? The picture, for one, is black and white. Second, it kind of looks like some one is holding it in that position on purpose, (it kinda looks like a hand in the upper left corner). And third, they don't really have any access to computerized special effects for titles or anything (I'm assuming). Just one theory.
