So I take away from my Mike is Slenderman theory due to this, which hurts me.

At the same time, I begin my Slenderman is a virus. Mike has the virus, and can therefore project Slendy when his emotions see fit. Slendy spazzes out when Mike is getting pissed. Slendy is there right next to Mike when he's sad and needs a friend.

What Mike is doing is spreading that virus. He spread it to Shaun. Why we can see Slendy is because Mike wants us to see Slendy.

In the video with Eric, Slendy left with Eric and Mike when Mike was kicking him out.

Interesting thought. I kind of figured the Virus connection was Mike's mind trying to figure out what Slendy was. In other words, Slendy is the virus. He uses someone up and then passes to someone else.

It is an interesting thought, and a unique notion at that. Slender Man gone viral. It's vague and extremely literal simultaniously. Slender Man as a meme has mutated and grown into a pretty strong viral force from his humble origins, he was viral to begin with.

At the same time, a virus is a very vague construct if you ignore the strictly medical definitions. One of the definitions is "the causative agent of an infectious disease." If any of you have ever seen Pontypool, in it a zombie virus is spread through words, it drives people mad. Words, words are the pathogens that infect the populous. Not all viruses have to be those little abiotic factors that get inside our cells and make us sneeze. If a virus is just an agent that causes disease, Slender Man very well could be defined as such, Micheal is the host and Slender is the virus. No one is immune and there is no cure.

Depends on what he has been going to the Hospital for. Some mental illnesses are due to a physical reason. I think it is interesting how Michael used 'caught the crazy'. While this may be a coincidence it does fit the theory.

However, the 'virus' itself may cause the manifestations and the only symptoms are those of a mental breakdown.

That was an interesting phrasing for him to use, I agree. It makes me wonder if that was just a slip of the tongue or if this really is the direction he plans to go with this.

Either way, I do not mind. I'm rather fascinated with his story so far, and to voice myself on the battle of opinions from a few pages ago, the acting is far more believable than a lot of the vlogs I have watched. Micheal, if you read these, you do a rather good job on camera of seeming unstable.

I noticed that the first time Slender appears that Michael is shown kind of like he's dazed and hypnotized. It's a possibly hint that Slenderman is actually in possession of him and not the other way around like some are speculating. The second time when he lays a hand. There's two VERY different hand grabs. One where Michael has his head in his hands and Slendy looks to be almost comforting.

Then the second creepy one where we actually see him grasp Michael.
