Robert Watt, judging by the picture on the UKSRI site and the badge you can see in th epicture.

I reduced the background noise for the audio and uploaded it to wikibruce, but i don't know how i would be able to find his natural voice...

 		If you sign up for the handover, you get the Geocache Handover achievement.

If you've not heard of it, geocaching is an activity that involves making your way to a location (sometimes using a GPS reciever), locating a container hidden there, and sometimes taking something, leaving something, both or neither.

So, I assume that ZT is going to post that he can't trust people, and will say that he left the item at a specific location for people to make their way there and find it and pick it up.

I agree that it's him,
though he sports some glasses when he goes to the docks.
he also has a uksri badge on him.

He is one of the men who came on the submarine to the docks. therefore, it's safe to assume that he is somehow connected to the hidden base.
we need to find out if he is doing this on uksri business or another organization.

As we know have evidence of Robert Watt's involvement, we should put some pressure on UKSRI / Pharmacom / Armacom threatening to send the evidence to the authorities...

dont feel you are showing our hand a bit soon, ZT did say we may have moles and now you are almost confirming it by telling them we are onto them

 		If you look on the right shoulder of the shooter in the dock video it looks like an insignia patch. Taking the nature of the meet into consideration I wouldn't think it is a flag insignia. What do you think? Identifying insignia or just a random fashion patch on his jacket?

 		ZT sent a reply on his website regarding the geocache:

I need as many to come as possible to the handover. Everyone involved will be rewarded with valuable information and clues that will reveal the ultimate truth. Thank you all for your support. My base is in Belfast. Meeting date – 19.03.11 , time and location to follow.

I am glad we're looking at a real cloak and dagger kind of ARG right now. I was worried that the traditional good quality ARG was disappearing. Real life drops, decent production quality videos, the ARG standard hot brunette, this is shaping up nicely. To those of you who're diving in on your first game, you've gotten involved in a dandy.

But I digress. It looks to me like Robert Watts was headed to the dock to try to pay a ransom for Jess. I have suspicions about ZT now. How would he have known something was going down at the docks? I'm wondering if our new "ally" isn't one of the kidnappers in the first place. We may be aligning with the enemy. I'm keeping a wary eye on this guy.

Fair enough- but odd he determined the exact location at the docks, no? I'm just saying I plan to keep one eye open.
