if you look at the email, it shows charlie's email which is charlieSPLATcharliesplace.tumblr.com
also if you look on the page, highlight under "charlie has learned to dream in color" it says "Which color..."

the codes at the end of the charlie video are

the last number flashes twice
which codes to 31911 which as you indicated, could be an event on the 19th.

Also, could that number 31911 be a color? #f31911? It's red, but that isn't the right password. Nor is #f31911 or just f31911.
