Got a response from Roxie...
My email to Roxie wrote:
My apologies Roxie,
We have found the last key, but in our excitement, forgot to supply it to you as requested. The last key is Flannan Isles, leading to 245 Red DIner 07301975, which refers to Jimmy Hoffa.
Reesylou
Her response:
Quote:
You can not give it to me I am not the one to receive it.
Use the number and supply the key.
Flannan Isle is not the last key.
Roxie Underhill.
So, we need to solve the latest code and get it to "the number" 07..etc. Is that a UK mobile number?

Re "bf gn pe gk fp": just spoilering the solve I almst discounted until googling the tie in Link
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Missed that solve. Props!! I had tried James Riddle, but not Riddle by itself

Nice catch. You'd think people would be more worried when 11,000 tons of anything go missing.
Where was the completed number found in the report? I can't seem to find it.

That made me LAFF like a loon. You must tell exactly that to Wallace. The nbr string is in pages 4 & 6 even without "select all".
Maybe that's b/c I set my preferences for Adobe Reader with a black background and the nbs show up there as white.

I don't know if this will help, but I just got this e-mail from Underhill:
Quote:
Numbers have appeared before you put them together and use them.
I can only lead you to the water, it is you who must drink to save yourselves.
You were recently supplied with the completed number, eleven digits all told.
Roxie Underhill.

I just sent an SMS (using eSeMeS.co.uk) to the supplied number:
Quote:
The last key is Riddle, which leads us to the USS Cyclops. Sending to you as requested. Reesylou.
Hope it IS actually a UK mobile number
Edit: Seems that was the correct thing to do

A new sequence has started, the key is now changed.
Code sequence supplied.
We await you.
Roxie Underhill.
But I don't know where the new sequence is... no update on new Wallace blog (not expected) old Wallace sit (expected, or Foilhead's blog (not expected)
Unless it is "Dr Nu Vesper Calif" ... hmm.

I think they're basically saying we didn't get the right key to them on time.
Crap.
Ok, maybe we need more data for this...

to go the extra mile, reesylou! Both Wallace & Foilhead have blog updates , his with a playfair "E-m oo ys esz < kb ar Z".
Only posting as it looks English. With key "Cyclops" & removing the symbols: "St ll cadet east." http://tinyurl.com/6bmqrmq
Maybe it's just a coincidence that Edward Maad said/ wrote:
Jeff Cox he died of a heart attack quite recently

I get s-too instead of your stll however, it supports your cadet find as he was in the s-2 intelligence group.
I wonder whether Jeff was his relative... Given ages ummm likely to be nephew

Code sequence now set.
Use a number they can reply to.
Next sequence below will not engage until previous sequence is completed:
Reg ego - 2 fid
KLG
Maybe it's something other than a family bond with Edward saying about FP Sun: "You know that man never seems to age"?

Was this in reply to an email you sent? I didn't get this one.
Looks like we need someone who is in the UK to sms for us.... or someone willing to wear the cost of an international SMS
(Edit: Checked my phone plan and an international sms is not excessively expensive)

HI! Louise just emailed. The d/l contains an PW protected ZIP file (fred_part.1) and a (part 1) TXT file with binary:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The binary decodes to
likely another keyed
Caesar/ROT 17 (edit) but whacking it thru Decrypto seems to work this time also:
"Eight days solo George flew around the planet: friend died in shallow water"
Recounts of the death of Wiley Post and Will Rogers wrote:
Two of Oklahoma's favorite sons perished in the shallow water beside the Arctic Ocean

This case is beginning to weird me out I don't know how Wallace puts up with it all. Below is a link to a 7zip file in my file-share which was delivered through MY letterbox at MY flat by persons unknown in a small brown bag. On the outside was: Louise, from FPS. (I thought Wallace said that guy was dead.) http://www.4shared.com/file/qsFrHwFG/Part_1.html
Can you please have a look at it for me.
I also need your help with Wallace. He is currently in two minds about going to the Red Ripper in what he calls 'The Blue Zone', according to him if Hell had a next door neighbour it would be the 'The Blue Zone'. I think he wants alternative ideas on how best to proceed. Please pass this along to everyone helping with the case, don't tell him I said so though.
Data you've given me Amandel I will pass on to Wallace, maybe he can ring the mobile number. What is 19980 then?
What does that "19980" mean? Looking at Wiley Post et al as key to the zip with no joy. Hope you guys will advise Wallace.

Sent an email to Louise today asking a random question. We'll see what comes of it.
I am basically useless on the whole cryptogram thing, sorry.
