I DID IT V-XI

I believe the end letters spell:
Quote:

I DID IT V-XI

..maybe as in 5-11?...

So if PP 1912, stands for Paramount Pictures (formed in 1912)
And EX.1A is the file name

That just leaves
SUBJ INCD TRYW

Subject: INCD????

Not sure about TRYW

EDIT:
PS. multipsychoapopheniosis
I find it very strange too, that Josh has not updated his blog :S
In ARG terms, it must mean something

I think we can assume this is official Government/Military footage we are seeing.. very similar to the same kind of preface we saw (something like Subject: Incident Cloverfield USAF blah blah or whatever it was.....) in the recovered videotape that was Cloverfield.

Well p.p. can also be the abbreviation for 'page', as in
page 1912 - Could be referring to a write up of the experimentation.

SUBJ INCD - subject included

TRVW - ?

EX.1A - experiment 1A or example 1A

This seems to be the leader of the entire black and white footage and written as a label to the reel.

I'm sorta thinking that we will get further clues that will lead to the missing clips, and when discovered, the PMs will make those clips available in the editing room. As I stated in an earlier post, I believe A.Minker has one of the missing pieces, and Josh has a piece - his original inquiry to verify footage. From the trailer, I think this black and white footage is 16 mm film, documenting on film what was going on at Area 51 with the cubes and such and was on the train. The kids seem to have discovered the reels looking through the wreckage and maybe even took a reel.
Just speculating.

I thought this too Melody.. Sort of like a documentry or something

Also at the loading screen there appears to be numbers.
So i used snagit to get video, slowed it down as much as i could
Here is what i got...

It looks like 0199, BUT the last 9 could just be a bolder version of the previous 9
How do i know its a 9 and not a 6? Well i dont lol. But seeing as LOADING is written that way i assumed

So this could mean we might get the next clips on the 19th? or maybe today the 16th.... But i doubt it

SUBJ INCD could be Subject Incident

We've had numerous numbers since this ARG began and now we can add 0199 to the phone number posted on the board for the Lamb's missing dog Lucy.

Hmmm True. The second 9 might just be a bolder version of the pervious one... so It's a long shot but 019-165-4211 ?? Does that work, i'm familiar with US numbers

Dialing 0 takes you to the operator right away so dialing anything after that is meaningless, you're just beeping at the operator.
1 is the international code for the United States and US phone numbers are generally 10 digits - 3 for area code, 3 for prefix, 4 for individual number. With more and more phone numbers being assigned to cell phones, prefixes have little meaning now, and area codes are for geographic locations, usually two or more area codes per state.
