My assumption is it was Jeff.

The troubling aspect, to me, is the idea that, while the obvious person he's talking to is one of the bad guys, he could also be asking US to stop.

Yes...that was by far the most unsettling text I've ever gotten, and that includes random nighttime HABIT missives. I hope we hear from them soon. I'm worried.

I assumed he meant us. I didn't even think it was directed at Slendy until you all mentioned it.

Oh man, this is... I'm reading this and that interpretation from a while back makes me wonder... when people were saying that maybe the guys in Welcome To The Ark were watching EMH the series and saying "what's he got us doing now?" to refer to someone puppeting them about on the videos. Basically that they weren't really making the series at all, it was some kind of Slender-ruse since the beginning.
Now, I've never held to that theory, and I still don't, but I don't think our tweeter's telling Slenderman to stop watching, I think they're begging us to stop watching. Perhaps us watching is what's prolonging their misery at his hands?

Or maybe it's the old standby of "Please stop watching us because if you learn about him, he can hurtyou too." But I don't think it is.
