EDIT: did a search on google images "Rorschach icon" (looked like one to me) and found this:

Had that in mind too. So a very common picture unfortunately, thought it might have been unique.

I'm still skeptical this site is IG.

To be honest so am I.

Unless they can provide a link FROM the known IG sites...

I'm wondering about the site too. It seems to tie in but it doesn't have any definite connection to the ARG. The sites it links to are older sites that aren't PM generated. So... if it's in game - please prove it.

Now - so I can determine whether or not I'm hallucinating - does anyone else see that inkblot icon when they go to the revalistic.com home page? Here's another screenshot of the tab (as I see it) at the upper left corner of the page. I don't see it when I go to the about page or individual post links.

No icon for me. And i'm also not sure if it is IG. Too unspecific and a blog with absolutely no love, compared to HLM or STIES. For now i will not care about it, and wait for further information and hints.

Same, all other sites have some kind of connection with eachother and do sort of look more professional. It'd be nice to get some shout out to engine1912 for proof

Has anyone mentioned that the holes in the inkblot look very similar to the hole in the note on the STIES site -

Question to the board: Who assumed the female in the film was Dr. Cupe? In the latest entry, the author does refer to Cupe as a she, which originally intrigued me. This can easily be gamejacked though. Still skeptical.

After all, anagrams have played no significance in this ARG yet tons of users still try anagrams first time they come across a word (I find it pathetic really, not every answer is to be had from an anagram and sometimes you don't have to share your work if it leads nowhere!). This website is an anagram of vitas relic. I'm calling gamejack. Let's see if I'm right.

The ONLY way it can be a gamejack is if they discovered the Leyda Cupe name months before we saw it on STIES. Google's cache showed the site had the same content long before the book appeared. Same applies for the message board posts.
If that happened I'd switch to following the gamejack, as it would be more intriguing than the main thing.

Well, I'm on a different computer at a different location (still Chrome) and there is NO inkblot icon showing up when I go to the revalistic.com home page. I'll be checking my computers at home as soon as I walk in the door to see if it's still there. I may be seeing imaginary inkspots. How would a psychologist interpret that? (It really was there - honest... Screwy )

Slusho Addict - you make a good point about the time frame. I've wondered about that too. How could someone have know about the Leyda Cupe name on the book binder in the STIES picture before it was posted?

If it is IG, I hope they give it and the ARG plot/challenge a little more pizzazz soon.

Well, its the only site that has any mention of her name when you google..She doesnt exist in the real world of science..
Her name and the intentional binder were on a pic posted on the PDP11 by The Mystery Man..
How could anyone have named this site Revalistic which includes the words Vitas Relic weeks before we were given Vitas Relic as a clue?
And, if this isnt enuff to convince ya, how do we explain the owner of Revalistic using engine 1912 as a handle which just so happens to relate to a train crash in Ohio in 1979?

No doubts here.. 100% IG.

Thanks Melodyman - this is enuff! I don't know if it will play a big role but it has to be IG.

One more thing..
engine 1012 says this when asked for more info about Dr Leyda Cupe,...

"I found an old file where she was mentioned, among other things. Her name appeared in connection with a hypothesis that the Van Allen Belts in the Earth's magnetic field could potentially be used to extract or generate some form of energy source"

Now as I said, if you google her name nothing comes up..
yet there is at least one copy of a rather large book with her name on the binder out there but nobody knows about it or her?
Could she have been one of the scientists secretly working on the craft/cube and also be in hiding now like Minker Sr? Maybe she is engine1912.. how else would she know about the 1979 derailment and name herself after it?
I really hope we start getting some answers soon cuz all we keep getting are more questions..
me heads bout ta splode!!!

For a little bit i was thinking that M is actaually her? But i dismissed it.
There is a woman there in the s8editingroom footage. But that'd mean she'd be like what? 70?

EDIT: In fact it does kind of make sense, because why would JJ want us to see that very short clip? With clearly showing that woman

I'm looking at it as IG. Websites set up before we get the clue; Dr. Leyda doesn't exist anywhere but these sites, even though she has published work; engine1912's cryptic response regarding her and her works, as if we are not yet suppose to know the title of that book. I'll play it until something else convinces me of gamejack.
