The source for seagull.htm has ASCII art of a stegosaurus and a Piano - this combined with the numbers on the white-on-whit section of the text would indicate that the numbers correspond with certain keys on the piano.

I would add that it is possible to use more than the letters A-G in a musical scale, at one point in history G# was considered an H - which allows Bach to sign some of his work musically.

If any of the numbers point at a G#, try substituting H..

I just tried solving this puzzle using the above strategy and ran into a pretty obvious snag, the third number is listed as 103.

Who has a better idea for getting the steg password?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
steg password is "heart" and hidden in the jpg is the following:
Code:
/--------------------------\
        ADMIT ONE

    Universal studios
     Halloween horror
        Nights
  Date: To be determined

\--------------------------/

and:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

0061015725 is the ISBN number for "Prey" by Michael Crichton

so for now I'm assuming "9+18+4+13" = "ISBN" where 9=I, 18=S, 4=B and 13=N

Applying this to "9+13 1 16+5+17+18+15+13 9 21+9+13+4" gives:

IN _ ___S_N I __INB

I think there might be an error in that 9+18+4+13 might be ISDN then the "9+13 1 16+5+17+18+15+13 9 21+9+13+4" would be "IN _ ___S_N I __IND" and probably solve to "IN A PERSON I FIND"
Confused

didn't see this mentioned but http://www.freewebs.com/hbellupefire/ looks like it's been updated:

i dont know how
dammit fulcher, now what are we ganna do?!
no idea, but we better find the site its broadcasting to

There's also some base64 in the source:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
reverse the base64 and decoding gives some binary. decoding the binary gives hex and the hex gives http://www.ibiblio.org/koine/greek/lessons/alphabet.html

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
On http://www.ibiblio.org/koine/greek/lessons/alphabet.html using the greek alphabet chart. Counting downwards "9+18+4+13" does indeed decode to "ISDN" (i.e. 9th letter is "I", 18th letter is "S", etc.)and "9+13 1 16+5+17+18+15+13 9 21+9+13+4" decodes to "IN A PERSON I FIND"

still don't know where it leads though Confused

FYI: The Roman numerals from the seagull webpage are:

ix = 9
l = 50
lxxi = 71
c = 100
ciii = 103
cxxvii = 127

Good work grumpyboy, seems like "In a person I find" could have been the clue for the password to unlock the stegged picture on seagull.htm or alternatively it could be the clue for the next page, so, what do we find in a person?

Skeleton? Bones? Blood? Muscles...I could go on but I won't. Are we really expected to try all these?

Also, I haven't seen anyone comment on the note in the source after the two ASCII art pictures which says "Does it all add up to you?"

- Malrog is catching up on a week without web Rolling Eyes

Ok, checking out the Halloween Horror Nights webpage (http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/orlando/hhn/2004/?__source=SUN.HHN)
, I haven't really seen anything Arg-ish. There are interesting things there, including a Wyld Stallions demo, but nothing that seems to push us forward.

Anyone talk with bluefire121213 on AIM lately? We're slowly running out of time on this.
