Why does Corenthal pay it off for 25 years? Does he know about the cycle?

Also, for clarification, in case Jeff saw my post about The Stone Tape - I doubt it but there are similarities to it - the film is about a haunted house which turns out to simply be replaying a single evil incident, displaced in time, but it is doing so because of a dark influence beneath all the various layered horrors and traumas - the influence that caused all the traumas. When the scientists in the film 'wipe' away all the past traumas from the stone which recorded the psychic imprints, the true horror is revealed.

This got a mention in Angora - thinking that camera is Fairmount Evan's. Corenthal's letter said he had one.

The floor pattern has nothing to do with anything, I'm sure, but the spray pattern on the side totally looks like blood spatter right now. Mm, coincidences.

Frankly I'm not worried about too much visual stuff, so I'm willing to ignore the chaos in those frames. XD
The child in the photo looks to be lighter haired, but at the same time, kids have different hair colors than they do as adults so it doesn't signify much really. It can be anyone.

We need to determine what location that map is showing us. Can we compare it against anything?

Also, I think the bullets were Fairmount Jeffrey's prized possession - from his father's rifle which he hunted with, then killed the family with. Our Jeff and Alex had a father who hunted as well. And Fairmount Evan had a camera. And maybe Vincent and the horse. All the things they loved.

yeah, i'm going to have to concur. I've seen those circle things elsewhere. i think that's just an accidental red herring.

also, i remember my local news having a special on getting rid of debt by cutting down costs or something. they told the story of this one guy who was accidentally paying for some storage in the town he moved away from and was no longer using from like 10 years ago. i think some storage companies have it automatically renew, or you have that option, or something.

I'm working on figuring out the map right now but the screencap I got of it is really blurry. It might (very tentative might) be part of a map of PA but as I'm not incredibly familiar with maps of PA and this one isn't very discernible I can't be sure about anything.

The guys will probably post the map as they sort through the stuff from storage, though.
