 		You know, if this is him dying, this is the most disappointing end to a character since I intentionally car-bombed then had some guy shoot my own Shadowrun adept in the head.

 		I wasn't sure where to put this and didn't want to clutter any thread... This has probably been mentioned before and might even be so obvious that it didn't even need mentioning, but....

One thing that always bugged me was that, in entry #14, the door starts off partially open and after Slendy's visit, Alex gets up and closes the door, but never all the way. It was only as I was staring at my own partially open door last night, wondering if I should close it, did I realize it was probably because he'd experienced some of his own door-warping already.

So yeah. I should have made that connection waaaay sooner. I'm kind of slow....

I have to assume the latter, to be honest. When you're in a situation with supernatural occurrences, I imagine reaching out for help is kind of frightening in its own unique way (see: how hesitant Jay was in revealing knowledge to Jessica).

Jay works best (at least in TTA's eyes) when he's alone. He can be 'controlled' to a certain degree, which explains why TTA/Masky continuously pushes Jay into seclusion, away from Jessica, away from Alex, away from his home. (Note: Even though TTA seems to have pushed Alex and Jay apart, that could be used to support either the TTA=Alex or TTA!=Alex theories if you think about it)

If he ever did contact the police, it was early on and unmentioned. He clearly made no effort to get back to his apartment after Entry #25, which would be kind of a pristine time to contact the authorities.

I'd imagine he's a bit too far gone at this point in time to contact them. It's not like they could do anything anyway - Masky would just teleport to nowhere, and the Operator would mindfuck them until their eyes popped out. Razz
