 		Interesting video, is it just me or do the clothes not match up to the scene in the grass and the scene with the cake? Its about an hour later, so it wouldnt be too strange to have them change clothes (Alex puts on a long sleeve shirt when it starts to get later/colder), but could it have significance?

So clearly the copyright problem was that they were posting proof that THEY actually invented spongebob circa 1991, but then sold the rights to it to be able to afford to stay in hotel rooms for months on end.

I'm pretty sure you aren't going to get in trouble for a kid wearing a nickelodeon character t-shirt in what essentially is a home movie. It's much more likely to be the observation that it throws out the timeline.

It would have been preferable if they could have dealt with the gaff IG with some clever storytelling, instead of OOG with a hasty edit.

Yeah... But actually adding significants to a SpongeBob shirt in a Slender Man ARG seems extremely ridicules.

Because the video's date is 1991. A clever lawyer (or a really dumb person) could interpret it as a claim that Troy invented Spongebob Squarepants 8 years before it was originally aired.
