I'm gonna lean heavily towards 'no'. The video is in-game, and nobody OOG apart from the MH crew have access to the Twitter. It's continuing the trend set by the last stream of tweets. Either TTA/Masky/Alex posted it, or Jay posted it in the midst of his mental breakdown.

 		I doubt J found it on the tapes. That Operator symbol is most likely edited in, though the actual appearance by Operator may not be.

Shouldn't J have updated us on his condition by now?

The only reason why I can see that he wouldn't is if he were really, really sick, incapacitated/comatose, or taking a few days to try and figure out what the hell happened (especially if he did get moved back to the Hotel De Masque. )

 		As I'm part of the group that thinks he didn't upload Enttry #37, I believe Jay is a little incapacitated at the moment. I honestly wouldn't expect an update until next week, either way though.
