I just remembered one that I had a while ago. Don't know if it actually counts, as the Tall Man himself wasn't there, but still freaked me out.

I was in my GF's room. Now, her room is sort of like a box. It'd be like the worst-case-scenario room to run into if being chased by Slenderman. One door out, a huge bed taking up most of the space, a Closet that is too full of stuff to hide in, and two window that are, during the Winter (as it was in the dream) Frozen completely shut. Pretty much, a dead end in the event of being chased by a Slenderman. Well, me and here were on her bed, watching a movie, and someone knocked on the door, which is pretty standard order in her house. It happens quite often. So, I jump up off the bed to open it (for her dad bringing dinner, my dream-self assumes) and am confronted with... Almost-Slendy. One of my random friends dressed up as Slendy (with eyeholes to see through, though, which quickly gives it away). I don't realize at first, freak the hell out, fall back onto the bed, start trying to swat him away while knowing that I have no hope before realizing and saying aloud, "Eyes?" and getting a better look at my friend before punching her in the arm for scaring me like that. She laughs, I laugh, Aya looks confused because she doesn't know what Slenderman is (I haven't unleashed the horror that is Marble Hornets on her just yet). So, as my friend is leaving, she gives a semi-evil little laugh, and says "You should hope he doesn't actually come. You'd be done for." before setting one of those little Faceless Wooden Joint Doll Things on the bookshelf by the door and closing it behind her.
I promptly wake up at 2 AM freaking out, because I know in the back of my mind that if I keep dreaming that dream, I'm gonna end up getting dream-killed. It's happened before in my dreams, even though most people wake up before dieing in their dreams, my brain just doesn't seem to have that function. I'll wake up AFTER the lights in my brain have flickered off in Dream-world. Which means if I die in a dream, I get ever excruciating detail. EVERY TIME. So far, I have yet to have a dream where I get killed by Slenderman. I'm hoping to keep it that way. But ANYWAY, so I start nodding off to go back to sleep, and when I start dozing my mind brings me straight back to that dream, except for it seems to have been going on in the back of my mind for a bit, because now I've changed positions, and am between Aya and the door, where it's starting to crack open, and a black suited tentacle reaches in and...
I wake up, DOUBLE Freaking at 2:30 AM. It took me an hour to get myself calmed down enough to go to sleep, at which point I enjoyed a dreamless rest-of-the-night/morning.

My thought-to-be encounter occurred at 1:00AM. I had just finished watching one of TTA's replies and was very on edge as I put my laptop back on my desk. As I turned around, the way the lights shined in our window made my closet door look about 8 feet tall and right in front of me. I jumped about 5 feet in the air and almost screamed bloody murder. Couldn't sleep for a good hour or so after that.

OK, so I was staying with my gf's sister and her bf in BC (normally I live on the other side of the country, and I'm back where I 'belong' now, but I was out there visiting and doing the tourist thing), and there was a big picture window right by the couch I usually tended to sit on while I was there. Outside that window, 4 floors down, is a trailer park, and behind/around/interspersed with the park is a forest, trees that looked just like the ones around some of the filming areas in season 1.

While I was there, for the first time ever, I watched MH, the season had already ended by the time I started, so I was watching 5-10 entries a day just out of sheer 'nothing to do'-ness. Slendernoia had set in, so I kept checking out that window, afraid of what I might see. I snapped a few pics on my cell phone camera too, without actually looking (those I lost when I upgraded my phone), to avoid having to look right at that moment.

On one of the pics, and several of my later times looking for myself out the window, was something horrifying. On the deck of one of the trailers, I saw him. Black suit, pale, featureless face, the whole nine. I know it was either him or an object that happened to look exceedingly like him (like the Slendershelf in the hotel), because at least one of the times I looked, I watched for 10-15 minutes straight, and he/it never moved once. I know it was really there, and not just my mind playing tricks on me, because I showed my gf the picture, and she saw it too.
