I don't think this is the case. I mean the kid might have been a relative of Jay's that they got for the purpose of filming this so he may look like him - OOG theory. But a lot of elements of Marble Hornets remind me of Stephen King's IT so it could be a case like that(after they defeated IT as children they forget everything, but when he makes his return when they are adults they have to remember again).


EDIT: Is this actual old footage? Spongebob is still popular so when I read about the Spongebob fiasco(didn't get to see it) I assumed that this was something they filmed themselves. But I mean, they probably wouldn't have let a kid wear a Spongebob shirt while filming...

 		A note on the music: I'm sure it's the music used in the clip of Silent Snow, Secret Snow from the Signal video.

Now with that bit of information about how long Alex has been in the area of the Marble Hornets set, he definitely moved after two years. Maybe kid Alex was having nightmares about the local area's trees so they moved away... To a place near a forest? Umm... Never mind.

 		Sorry if this was mentioned before, but I stopped reading at page 28ish. If you have to flip the 999 to get 666, then why would you just flip that? What if the whole date is upside down. I checked dates relateing to it but couldn't find anything that might corrispond with the game. Just throwing it out there in case anyone else can stem something from it.

 		Ok...sorry if I make no sense whatsoever here. It is 00.37 am here xD

But I have a small theorem. The description "memories" makes me think the poster must have been there. Which leads me to think maybe (if he is still alive) Alex might have been the poster?

Also...I cant remember the name of the TTA video (my point about Early O'Clock) where Jay is crawling on the floor at the house...the cameraman seems to have a similar voice to whoever is talking in that video. That is probably a coincidence though.

 		First time posting to unfiction here, and I figured if we're dealing with a video that relates to memory so much I wonder if anyone has brought this up: SM seems to screw with electronic equipment yes? Well what else uses electronic signals? The human brain. Perhaps just being within a certain distance Slendy screws with your brain's electrical impulses and this is why you don't remember him.

Highly unlikely. This footage had several different angles, hence how he could easily move spongebob out of the picture. It was taken for the story.

Oh hell. Forgot about that part. I saw the video after Spongebob got taken out. Thanks for reminding me.

 		Whoa. Nightmare fuel. Scariest entry of season 2 so far, especially with that buildup.

That Happy Birthday song sounded like a chorus from hell. It gave me the shivers. I jumped when Slender Man distorted his way on screen.

I really don't trust Alex at all anymore. It's clear that he has some sort of connection to Slender Man. I doubt Alex is him, but it could be controlled by him, or created by him.
