I don't much post here- and someone may have already caught this. I skimmed back the last two pages but didn't see any reference.

At about 5:27-5:30 or so, when he gets to the top of the tower, it sounds like something is whispered- something that doesn't exactly match adam's voice. Had to up my volume to try to make it out.

I've replayed this like 4 times, I think it is 'There's something behind me' Which would be the point where he is passing the post it note...

Edit: It may be Noah talking under his breath. But- even if it's just that, it still doesn't exactly make sense if i'm hearing the words right. Even if it's noah's voice we are hearing, i don't think it's noah saying that.

The voice almost sounds feminine

I enjoyed it even though we pretty much knew what was coming. The effects were top notch and I enjoyed the Slendy with Tentacles shots.

However, I still have yet to care about Noah and have found his carpet f-bombing more funny than tension building. Also, that hat. How can I take you seriously wearing a Bolshevik hat and moon goggles?

Kept having to pause for dizziness. Slendy needs to send that boy a J-style chest-cam before he falls off his bike.

A better question is how couldn't you take him seriously?

He is a man clearly dressed for adventure.

I figured this screenshot needs to be posted for posterity.

And awesomeness.

A tentacled Slendy...finally. How many pictures of this have we seen? Never before have any of the vlogs done this. While I have my criticisms of TT the effects work has been top notch and showing this version of SM is something I have yet to see in any of the others I follow.

somewhat off topic but, when he was riding past those dogs, did anyone else think Noah was gonna say "Oh hai doggy!"
...XD

Erm, more on topic, Crazy laughter Noah was extremely disconcerting to me.

This, and the other Slendy cameos, need to be made into proper animated gifs.
WHO'S UP TO THE CHALLENGE?!

You forgot the fingerless gloves Rolling Eyes

He's gotten better at acting for sure, but he's still overacting like crazy, I think. Maybe I just prefer protagonists like Jay. This was still way better than the Thanksgiving shit though.

Huge, huge, huge thumbs-up on the Slenderman footage though.

I'm still having problems seeing Noah as a believable character. About the time he gets close he does something like the hat, stabs a bush or pulls something else out of left field.

It has an unintended comedic effect that has only been saved by the appearance of Observer and the effects that has been put into the series. I think that things like this can be forgiven if Noah can tighten up his acting, pull back on the over reactions and go for a bit more paranoia.

Again, I don't dislike TT, it is just hard for me to get very sympathetic for Noah and immerse into the series like I have EMH or MLanderson0.

Although I agree with Noah giving me more a comedic effect than fear, he does show paranoia in the latest video. He kept pointing the camera all around him, thinking someone was going to ambush him.

There were amazing effects, improved acting, good scares, and you people get thrown off by a hat or some goggles? You guys are really dense. Confused

Dense? No, the hat and goggles are just a Ha-Ha point. My issues with the series has less to do with that and more to do with being unable to care about the characters, no sense of fear from the show and it taking two steps forward and one back. For example:

Noah's tweets: Who the hell has time to tweet when they are running for their life?

Observer's Formspring: This was pure win. Much of the fear and paranoia that the show needs was here.

Come Closer Video: Again, another win. Creepy, to the point and filled with the fear that a SlenderVlog should have.

Nature Trail video: Mixed bag. Noah again becomes comedic, SM and the Observer effects rocked but was marred by Noah's actions.

Noah Back on Formspring: Noah again becomes a smart-ass that I don't care for. And he seems less and less shook up by the events and more like trying to play Barney Bad-Ass. No real fear comes across and the result is more comedic than real.

I refuse to believe that anyone can look at Noah in that hat and those goggles and not see him as the epitome of awesomeness.

I like Noah, no matter how moronic he can be on Formspring. The first couple of minutes of this video was just Noah being Noah: the hat, the goggles, the gloves, falling off his bike (maybe the pump caught in his trouser leg), the crazy dogs, asking random people if they've seen a man in a suit - I loved that stuff, almost as much as I loved the tentacles. Yes, there's a certain... weirdness to his character, but that's part of the charm. And part of the charm of Tribe Twelve, I think. YMMV.
