 		Let's try this again
Alright, so my first attempt was abbreviated by the impending end of my lunch break. Sorry. Here's what I've been able to find for each date:

June 30, 1900: A wharf fire in New Jersey sets boats and shoreline buildings ablaze. Over 300 people die.

July 10, 1999: Cultists kill 5 students at a Nigerian college.

August 30, 1891: A child goes missing at a Wichita train station

May 17, 1988: Honestly, I can't find a thing.

September 4, 1991: Killer Bees are feared to have landed in Texas

January 1, 1992: Not much of note

February 29, 1996: Faucet Flight 251 crashes, killing 123

December 31, 1999: The Y2K panic (and a VERY important date for Futurama fans such as myself!)

March 3, 1981: Not finding anything, here.

November 12, 1993: Didn't see anything of note here

December 6, 1944: D-Day


Honestly, I'm just not seeing enough to make a definitive statement that each individual date is important. I think, if anything, it could be symbolically showing that Slendy has a tie to Alex's ancestry. But honestly, I think it's just Slendy distortion circa 1991.

That's what I've been thinking too, but the Masky mask has been featured prominently in some TTA videos, how would he get the same mask? Or some of the footage that could have only been filmed by Masky (eg. Jay coughing when exploring the abandoned house in season one, Masky crouching over Jay's bed, etc)?

 		Again, there's no SOLID evidence either way, but it's becoming increasingly likely that TTA might be Alex. We don't know for sure though, there's a lot of wishy washy evidence going both ways.

 		The Operator just wanted to give Alex his present (an ark), but Alex's mom shooed him away. Then he tried to come back but got scared by the creepy guy's singing.

 		My brother and I were just watching 37 and he pointed out do you notice the wrapping paper on the gift he's opening? It looks like crude slender man drawings

 		Hm, i just watched this video again and noticed that Alex and his mom keep looking off into that direction where we apparently think the operator is. They must REALLY not want him at that party.

My first impression upon watching was that it looked like a stick figure, but I'm pretty positive that it's dragonflies.

the question we have to ask ourselves is if troy and company decided to look back in history, find legitimate deaths of real people in the past, and attribute it to an internet creation in the future. I personally would feel awkward about doing that. using other people's deaths in real life as a tool to forward my ARG? it's... I dunno. I personally would have moral objections to doing that.


so the dates being significant may not be. red herring to the infinity-th degree.

Actually, it could have been as abstract as just searching a simple search term or idea that they wished to convey and plugging in whatever dates popped up. (so if you wanted to go further you would have to ask yourself what that term might be...)

I still find it odd that the birthdays of several child actors could be found amongst the dates. Given that this is a video of a birthday party, that it is on camera, how much one of our favorite...characters likes cameras and the tendency of child actors to spiral out of control...damnit...rambling again.

I find it odd that a time that doesn't exist pops up!

I appreciate what you folks are doing, but you can type in (practically) any date and find something tragic that happened that day.

 		I'm starting to doubt that most of the dates have significance as well. Except for possibly D-Day, but that may have simply been used as a stock date. The fact that the time on that one is an unnatural one is a big 'hm..' for me though. I dunno. There's no way to tell unless it's elaborated on in a future entry.

The only other thing I can think of for the dates, disregarding the years, is perhaps the dates, month and day wise, when the cast of MH was born. Which is a lofty theory.

(I'm not going to read every page guys)
So are we going with this sentry being a result of TTA taking over Jay's channel again?
or is it some kind of slender-shenanigans?
Also the weird voice singing happy birthday was that just distortion?
some unseen cameraman?, Slendy?
finally what was the purpose behind this video?
was it to show us that the operator has been apart of Alex's life for a long time?
was it just scare tactic by Tim?
and most importantly
What the fuck did I just watch?

 		Has anyone been trying to get something out of the audio during the first half of the video?
I tried playing it backwards to see if I recognise the melody then, nothing though, now trying to see if the notes are code or anything, but it's weird..
Anyone else have anything on that?

That proves he's the masked man, but not that the masked man is totheark.


entry 19 & the totheark response kind of imply this though. both that tim is the masked figure in that video, and then TTA uploaded part of the missing 3 hours which implies that tim is TTA (unless someone else set up the camera for the TTA response- hard to know for sure i guess, but it's a far stretch that both tim and someone else were at J's house that night)
