BTW, Where the guy is sitting in the movie, you can see to his left is clearly the American Flag. But to the right. Is that another flag?

Something else here, may be nothing but:
The man sitting at the desk has 2 pens, one either side of the table and he is holding some sort of document

What if they are going to sign some sort of document between two people and the words below is the name of the other party (or country if that is another flag) and that is the point of the film and the last segment of it is the signing.

Well since this is all we have lets go over the list of things from this clip:

As said above, looks like Lt. Col. Martin L. Abraham (get it? Martian and Abrams, lol)

Appears to be speaking to the public, possibly from a bunker due to the wall behind him.

As said above, sounds like he's saying "The assault on tech....". Just throwing this out there but maybe it's "The assault on technologically advanced creatures/aliens/beings"?

The reason I have that as plural is the youtube clips that people have shown (filmed in their neighborhoods as the crew was filming) of the military shooting in multiple different directions. Before jumping on me for this, I'm aware that the clips are 2 completely different time periods, but with it...or them.. escaping after being caught once; then it's a possibility. I better put on the tin foil before I start thinking there's 8 of them with super natural powers, LOL.

Yeah, I don't know if that's an air force flag, just guessing around. On a second look, the wing looks too fat and cartoonish.

JTF = JOINT TASK FORCE

CMPW = CONDENSED MATTER PHYSICS WORKSHOP

JUN/L 12 = JUNE (OR JULY) 12 ???

Any other suggestions? Shocked
