 		I'm guessing it will. I mean, it's only April. We're about 11 entries in, and the first run had 26 (not counting TTA, 19.5 or ######).

Though I would be sad if things aren't wrapped up, I would like it if it was somehow left open for a third run.

I just thought of another really cool idea.

Should anything bad happen to the characters, such as a death, it would be interesing to see real footage from the movie Marbe Hornets (actual footage, without all the Operator-induced messed up shit), as sort of a memorial.

Or it could even be done without someone dying. Like if they've finally stopped whatever's happening, the original footage is there as a sort of "we've done it, things are normal again" kind of thing.

It is not a joke. It has been hinted at time and time again that a DVD is on the way. Not only that, but it has been confirmed by a cast member.

Thank you John Hancock. I wasn't suggesting that the potential release of a DVD is a joke, I'm well aware that the cast has talked about it. I'm suggesting that it being released while the game is still in progress, thus messing up the immersion, is the joke. That theory is perfectly valid. It would be a strange move on Troy's part to release a DVD before the series is complete. They said in their radio interview that they're not considering releasing other merchandise for similar reasons.
