Yeah that's me in my feeble attempt to con Sarah into confiding to me.

Astron Radio telescope site Video

There is a almost 29 min Video on the about tab on the Astron Radio Telescope site it is in

http://www.astron.nl/about-astron/history-astron/history-astron

"ASTRON was founded in 1949, as the Foundation for Radio radiation from the Sun and Milky Way (SRZM). Its original charge was to develop and operate radio telescopes, the first being systems using surplus wartime radar dishes. The organisation has grown from twenty employees in the early 1960's to about 180 staff members today.

In 1957, Herman Kleibrink documented the events leading up to the building of the Dwingeloo telescope in his film "De Bouw van een Radiotelescoop". A more in depth review of that era was recently published by Van Woerden & Strom."

The Video looks interesting and the time frame is right but it is in (Dutch or German) not sure and no slight intended if I am wrong on the Language - I just don't know.

Most likely nothing again, but who knows

So Dr. Bententstein - guess she didn't send you and scanned articles.

Kraten - the timeline above the video is interesting. It looks something like the wave we keep seeing on the trailer.

Ok, so now we have this new site run by Sarah who seems to be taking the lead in posting about the VARB's as Josh has apparently ceased his search for the Coelacanth as well as regular updates about such on HLM.

What the hell is going on?

On another take

Note the term she was "Searching"

From the new post --

Another curious reference in some of the material I found – the word "Astron." Did some research and found several possible answers, but nothing definitive.

There was a Soviet spacecraft called Astron that launched a huge ultraviolet telescope into space that studied the earth's radiation belts. There's also an astronomy research group called Astron based in the Netherlands. Either of these ring a bell?

ASTRON. adding the period make it an Abbreviation

and it is one ... for Astronomy

REF http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/biblio/bibtex/contrib/astron

This appendix lists the mnemonics by which

So we have 11.89 (or 91.89/71.89) and 12.68 1st map and 75.125 and 04.2 2nd map

back to some type of Bibilo ref #'s to Astronomy Articles?

I was thinking along the lines of Dewey Decimal but after 30 seconds I'm pretty sure this will lead nowhere
11 - Bibliographies
91 - Manuscripts
71 - News media, journalism, publishing In North America
12 - Bibliographies of individuals
04 - Data processing Computer science

Also, could D12 be referring to http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/disclosure/briefing/disclosure12.htm ???
And I keep looking for the exact frequencies from expcnv but can't find em. Was gonna try to cross reference them with this http://www.library.illinois.edu/ugl/about/dewey.html#500

Re the comments that are now posted - I sent a comment under MM for Major Minor and I see Melodyman's name. But there doesn't seem to be a link to our comments. There are some interesting names and messages included in the comments that are posted. They're at the about link at http://revalistic.com/about#comment-29

EDIT: searched combinations of some of the comment names and astron. An alderson astron search turned up Dan Alderson. I don't know if the alderson name on the comment is some kind of tribute to him - it should be. Here's a couple links to some info on Dan Alderson.

Interesting dates on everyone's comments - they span the month of March. Time travel perhaps? Jetpack

@Rocket
It seems yours are Melodys comments seem to have slipped by. i think may have been an error.

All comments can be seen here

(Put that into your browser search bar)

Interestingly some of the comments aren't even on the RSS feed...
I can only assume that the comments posted (ON THE ABOUT PAGE) that show up on the rss are part of the game.

Yeah I saw that if you go to the Meta Comments link on the right menu it shows the RSS feed of more comments also. This is probably the same info you're seeing. Like you said - it shows more of the comments - but not all. I'll check what you said and see if it is the same.

EDIT: Thanks for the heads up on the source. Just checked - they are pretty much the same.

OK ... Try this...

Did a search for Astron. and ring (from Ring a Bell) and got this

http://www.hyperdictionary.com/dictionary/ring

7. (Astron. & Navigation) An instrument, formerly used for
taking the sun's altitude, consisting of a brass ring
suspended by a swivel, with a hole at one side through
which a solar ray entering indicated the altitude on the
graduated inner surface opposite.

then using the Maps #'s in Google Earth Sky

75.125 -04.2 and 71.98 -12.68 (71 being one option)

they both are close together (relatively) in the.... wait for it......

CETUS Constellation - also know as the WHALE...

Again Truly what does it mean - WHO knows but it is a BIG

Coincidence....

yes... I want the Foil hat now...

Cetus Constellation Creature

I think I've been reading into this ARG too much and losing my mind, but I'm just throwing this out there. It's the only way it makes sense to have that drawing on the map. I know it isn't the same, but the left side/back of the IG drawing does resemble a fish tail to me... I'm seriously losing it, eek!!

Kraten I'm out of tin foil, can I borrow yours?

So I didn't see this anywhere earlier and I'm not sure it's even important. But I feel like I've gone far too deep into lurker status. But anyway, did anyone else notice we aren't allowed to comment anymore? When ever you click on view comments on a specific post or to leave a comment it goes to a page saying this post is secure or something like that and asks for a password. http://revalistic.com/explanation#respond
