 		I think that number three may be referring to a month. One out of a dozen, 9/12. September is the ninth month of the year, so September 11?

11 is two 1's(Twin), and Ofiuco got eleven out of "I ate one of the donuts." Also, month is five letters and, "There are always a dozen."

However there is still "You'll know which one of the dozen (4)" from the first Puzzled

 		Nice one DDL! That looks like it fits exactly. And I believe NAU is. flagstaff which would meet the distance req. In fact, I think the logo might have a pine tree in it. I work right next to one of their satellites Very Happy

 		Icons on top of new PIMCA site refer to

Which are the same number of letters as

YNCHJ UVC ZVCS QNEST

You can make a Vignere cipher give you earth air fire and water, but the pwd doesn't make sense; wonder if it is coded too, or whether it was coded with another related cipher

So if you use a keyed vignere cipher, the pwd for earth air fire water is

unlocunlunlounloc

So still not sure if I am right; you can force this cipher to spell anything...

 		Very nice catch on those PIMCA symbols & start off, MensVenatus. Am deciphering them just a lil differently:

Deciphering each word separately using keyword "unlock" in a simple Vigenere gives Earth, Air, Fire, Water


Also took another looksee at Tarot by Saranna's Crystal Ball list: "wokay, nfr, wwvy and ykvtl."

Using a Vigenere cipher with keyword "fortune" on each word separately and then anagramming the results gives: Earth, Air, Fire, Water
