I was watching Nickelodeon lol and a new Super 8 trailer came on....same sequences but different arrangement BUTTTTTTT

Remember that black guy who instructs the children to "GO!".
He wasn't in a vehicle anymore!! He was sitting outside all banged up wearing a army uniform because it had a yellow badge on the shoulder which revealed his rank. But yeah he was in no vehicle, truck or bus.

I understand that sots will be changed in the end product so maybe when he was in the vehicle before was shot way before the started.

2nd Edit: Azzeh3 and JoshyG, are you both from the US? I'm not seeing the clip Azzeh3 mentioned, but the one JoshyG posted is certainly new. Confirms who was saying "Do not speak of this" at least Smile

 		WOW New Trailer footage.. We can confirm now that the kids did run back after the crash and thats when Josh's dad said all that

EDIT: Im surprised they didnt give us a hint about this coming out, I know what you're thinking the numbers on the map 04.2, but even that is very small and doesnt give us much. Did we miss something?

 		I may be proven wrong... When I went to universal studios uhhh a long tme ago. they removed the guns from the ET ride at universal.

I believe what you are seeing is the same thing here..

Yes you get to see him say do not speak.. but he is in the truck.. it is the same scene.. just no gun point.. as you said it was on a kids network so quicker and no gun ..less blood show...there must be ANOTHER clip?

Or maybe that monkey who told me all this should go back into the rafters..

I read someplace speculation that Minker Sr. drives the truck toward the train, jumps clear, and this scene is him taking Alice's car to get away. I think this may be reasonable and explains why he is bloodied up. Also, in one of the articles that had a few spoilers,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it was said that the driver of the truck was recongized by the kids as their Biology teacher. Makes for some interesting speculation that Minker Sr. went into hiding in plain sight, by becoming a junior high/high school biology teacher.
Makes me even more curious to find out Minker's storyline line from 1963 lab work at Area 51 to 1979 sabotage of the midnight train in Ohio; then in hiding from 1979 to present where Mysterio involves Josh.

Come on with the helpful clues to piece together the storyline!

 		There's also new images in the KCA trailer.. I noticed a truck on fire, what looks like two people holding hands, and a face/mask (Very similar to ToTheArk from Marble Hornets =) ).

I have mixed feelings on this theory. The problem I originally had with this was that the chances of surviving the derailment after jumping out is so slim that it wasn't releasable, but then again it's the movies. Also, the drivers side door of the truck is closed before the impact with the train.

Now though, I think it's probably true for a couple reasons. First the original trailer when the derailment begins, you can hear someone screaming "ahhhhh" and it sounds like an adults scream. Secondly, if you pause the video right before the impact of the truck and train occurs, you can see that the trucks wheels are not on the tracks as it was the whole time driving to the train. It's off to the left a little like no one is controlling the truck.

Its really too early to speculate on that. The consensus so far is that he did survive. The "Ahhhh" scream was over the radio so it was probably the trains locomotive engineer or even the radio operator.
