So, I'm making a Slender Man costume...
and I need a bit of help.

So, I'm going to make a Slender Man costume, and I need a tad bit of help. I'm about six feet tall, but I still need to be a bit taller, so I plan on using painter's stilts, or homemaking a pair. Of course, the suit and tie will be easy, but I have two problems. First of all, I have long red hair, and so I need to figure out something to make me faceless that looks more opaque then pantyhose or whatever, but also allows me to see through it at night. I also need to figure out a way to extend my arms while hopefully keeping the ability to grip stuff. Any help that anyone could give would be great, thanks.

Also, red tie, or black?

Edit: This does not pertain to doing a Slender Series. This is simply for a costume I could use for conventions or halloween, or playing pranks on my friends.

Well, depending on what editing software you have and if you're willing to put in a little extra time, you may not need a mask/head cover at all. You can film with just your head and mask and cover the head in the editor. It's tricky to learn, but once you do I hear it works great.

Not sure about extending the arms AND gripping. That would be quite difficult. How precise of a grip to you need? Because if you don't need that much, one of THESE may suit your needs.

Finally, black tie.

Well, I'm not using the costume for filming, honestly. I probably should have clarified that. I'll be using it for cons and halloween, that sort of thing. If and when I decide to film, I'll still need the same kind of costume, though, so thanks on the gripping advice.
