Uhm.. PayPal doesn't work for me, 'cause it says I have to add a credit card. I don't own a credit card.

Does anybody know how to deal with that? Or will I have to delete my paypal-account to usse PP as a 'guest'?

Disregard this, I'm stoopid Laughing

Soooo, can't wait for my DVD to come aaaaaaall the way across the ocean =D

I had a quick word with Tim this morning, and apparently, due to the source code for the website being leaked by the Distributor early, people are getting order numbers with the number being more than the allocation. For example,
1055. Which could possibly mean they are going over allocation at the moment, due to a fault.

But nevertheless, I managed to order a copy early this morning, and with it only costing £11 for a series that's better than most films out there at the moment, I'm happy. Now, it's just a waiting game I guess ...

Troy had a blog post about it all with this to say:

Quote:
UPDATE: The order numbers are irrelevant to how many DVDs are left. If you get a number over 1000, don't worry!

The response so far to the Season 1 DVD has been phenomenal. I'm completely blown away. Seriously. You folks have made me a very happy dude. When we were talking to the big cheese on the phone late last night, Joseph did a sweet fist pump when we found out how many had been sold already. It's hard to make him impulsively do that.

It's sometimes difficult to get motivated to keep working on something you've been grinding out for almost two years, but something like this makes me want to continue making Marble Hornets forever. I mean, I won't of course. The ending is set, and we're slowly but surely working our way towards it. It's just good to know that so many people are willing to support our efforts so readily.

Thank you so much, for you've done for us.

HUGS ALL AROUND

So I take it the last four numbers on your Order number indicate exactly which of the 1000+ copies you just wound up ordering?

If so, then it looks like I just ordered DVD copy # 1119. Way to go, guys!

According to Troy's new Blog, the numbers at the end of your Order Confirmation are irrevelent, and don't actually mean anything, so it doesn't mean you ordered copy #1119, which would be impossible anyway, as there's only 1000 on this run available. Razz

The DVD's not quite sold out yet though according to him, but they are astonished by the number sold at the moment, so hurry up ordering everyone!

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

(I swear, if we end with Season 2, I officially called it! Like, months ago, but again, I call it! Razz)

I'm so happy to hear about the sales, though! 700 copies in just a day?! For a production of this size, that's a pretty freakin' big deal! It's easily one of the biggest and most-recognized internet serials going on right now, and it definitely deserves all its success!! Very Happy

Currently awaiting my order. 5-7 days, why can't you be finished happening sooner?? D:

I just *barely* remembered to order one of these in time. Just made my purchase about 15 minutes ago. So glad I did!

I mean, the shop will say they're sold out when all 1000 are gone, right?

I doubt they will say "Sold Out", more like something in the lines of "Out Of Stock/Temporarily Unavailable", as that would cause some confusion.

700 copies, approximately, sold in the first night? That is amazing.

Hm, the mail center at my Uni is closed on Saturdays, so I'll hopefully get my copy on Monday.

Just wondering, did those that ordered through Paypal get just the confirmation from Paypal? Cos that's all I got, and my natural sense of paranoia worries me that I'm missing some form of confirmation Very Happy

Any ideas, also, on how long overseas shipping should take?

So far, I've just received order confirmation from PayPal. All's good.

No idea about how long international shipping might take.

So glad to get my hands on a copy before they sold out.

Now I can show all my friends the wonders of Moyble Hoynets.
